ヴィラ・アスカムニア・アンド・スイーツ(Villa Askamnia and Suites)

Do not make any reservation and stay away from this hotel. We made a reservation for seven days via ********** and we trusted the pictures and the comments in the website. When we checked in the hotel, we were very dissapointed about the garden, children play ground, swimming pool, breakfast area, cleaning and the beach. First of all, swimming pool was very dirty. There were many construction materials in the garden next to children playground. The garden was very neglected. In the website they calimed that there is a beach next to hotel but it takes 10 minitues walk and it is almost 400 meters away. The beach is very small, lonely, neglected. There is no shower and toilet this is not private it is public. Deck chair and the umbrella was private and with a locker, you need to take out and put them back at the end! When we saw hotels conditions we wanted to cancel our reservation immadiately but the Hotel owner said that they cannot refund. We believed in what we saw in photographs and the information given by the hotel. Bu the truth is very different. Please also check users comments. Comments and the photos are from 2018. As a result stay away and do not trust information given in the website…

Family owned and operated, very nice staff, great breakfast, near by beach, great pool and location to beaches and other sites if you have a car

We are a family (2 adults and 2 children of 3 and 6 years). We stayed one week in Askamnia in October. The weather wasn't nice and we were really disappointed. Fortunately we stayed in Askamnia! We had a nice flat with two rooms, kitchen, tv. It was really practical because the bad weather. The hotel is as described. It is a little and lovely hotel. The owners are really kind and do all their best to make the hotel nice and your stay beautiful. The swimming pool, the playground, etc. are really nice. The beach is incredible 😍 with clear water and nice landscape. The beach is really near (100 meters) so we could go easy to swim if they was a little bit of sun. The breakfast is the best breakfast we had in a hotel in our life! All the products were fresh and of quality. We warmly recommend the hotel if you want to stay in Sithonia. It is ont he beginning of Sithonia, so really near of the aeroport. Just : you need a car according the season. In October the 90% of things (restaurants, shop, etc.) were closed around!
