The washroom door that decides privacy is overrated and refuses to lock, ensuring your companions get an eyeful of your bathroom ballet. But fear not, the adventure doesn't end there! Their private parking lot doubles as a car demolition derby, ensuring your vehicle returns home with a souvenir dent or two. Oh, and the culinary delights! The food is so-so, but the prices? Well, let's just say you'll be reminiscing about that overpriced ice cube like it's a long-lost lover. And room service? Who needs it when you can embark on a scavenger hunt for basic amenities instead? And let's not forget the electrifying experience of the power cuts – a delightful surprise to keep you on your toes, especially during those ro***tic candlelit dinners. Overall, a stay here is like a rollercoaster ride – thrilling, in a "what fresh hell is this?" kind of way.

"Seaescape by Sand Sapphire Goa was a complete disappoin**ent. Despite providing private parking, they take zero responsibility if anything happens to your vehicle. And guess what? They don't even have a security guard for the parking area, so the chances of your vehicle getting stolen are pretty high. To add insult to injury, when our vehicle got hit by a truck while parked there, they refused to provide us with the CCTV footage and only showed it to us once. Talk about lack of transparency! On top of all that, they require you to pay the full amount for the booking upfront and offer no refunds if you decide to leave early. And don't even get me started on the cleanliness of the rooms. They didn't even bother to clean them once during our stay! To make matters worse, they charge for every little thing, including water bottles and ice. It's like they're trying to nickel and dime you at every turn. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against visiting this property. Their service, security, and safety standards are a complete letdown. Save yourself the disappoin**ent and look elsewhere for accommodation." Hope this helps! I stayed at Sand Sapphire for 5 days. First of all, this is neither a hotel nor a resort. It's more like a 2-star lodge. So keep your expectations low with the staff as well as the property. Good things about the property - 1) Right on the Agonda beach. 2) Has in-house beach-facing restaurant. 3) Huts are clean and the staff is cooperative. 4) Food was good. Not so good part - [ Reasons to avoid this property ] 1) Huts scream maintenance. Bathroom walls are cracked, which is a big privacy issue. There are better huts available at the same/lesser price next to SandSapphire and they are very well maintained. 2) This place doesn't have a power backup and a refrigerator inside rooms which is a deal breaker for lots of people who wants to enjoy cheap beer. 3) Their sea-facing rooms are not glass covered which could be a problem if you are a light sleeper since at night sea tides get noisy and their ac also make noise. 4) Everything is overpriced (especially if you book online) and that includes in house restaurant also. During my stay I never saw more than 1-2 guest in their resturant and thats because there are better resturants within 500mtr which offer better value for your money. 5) People here (especially in Goa) are more interested in serving the foreigner as compared to local. One can always see that in the staff's attitude and cunning smile. 6) The room in which we stayed doesnt even have dressing table/ mirror. They only provide 1 liter water for 2 person in the rooms. If you need more they wont mind charging you for that ( 30 Rs per liter). They dont even change towel/bedsheets everyday. Overall its a pretty average stay considering the price.
