In picture was something different and place we got was totally different

It's an excellent beach resort stay just besides the agonda beach,the aesthetics of the rooms are very good with a touch of wooden finish, the staffs are extremely polite and cordial,the food is finger licking,it's in vicinity to some other best beaches like cola,palolem butterfly which can also be explored by boating,we enjoyed our stay and Ashwin chacha was very caring and humble as always.Its a must go place.

It's a good budget stay option just besides the agonda beach...the rooms are basic and the staff is very cordial and well behaved...food is good...it's in vicinity to some other best beaches like cola,palolem butterfly beach..we enjoyed our stay and chachaji was very attentive to our needs infact the entire staff.

We booked the cottage for 2 nights online but booked over there 2 nights extra because the staff is so friendly and helpful. The place is on the beach, the cottage are clean en there is AC and a fan in the room. First we had een cottage upstairs and we asked to move downstairs, there was no problem and could be done the next day. If you look for a nice not that expensive stay, this is a good place!

Beautiful location right on the clean and less crowded beach . Ashwin chacha - the host there is very friendly and helpful . The hospitality of the staff there are extremely commendable . The food was delicious . This is a must visit place and will definitely recommend my friends and family .

Since this was a terrible experience, I'm going to be really clear about the positives and negatives of the place: Positives: 1. Location, it's right on the beach Negatives: 1. Language: Most of the staff does not speak English. 2. Rooms: the quality of the rooms is very low, even for Indian standards. 3. Smell: The smell of the rooms since this are very old structure is bad, is like old humid wood. 4. Bathroom: The cleanliness and state of the bathroom is very bad, the smells are like sewer and incense mixed together. 5. AC: it works 5% of the times you try to use it. 6. The fan: it makes a sound so loud that you can hear it from outside the room with the door closed. 7. Service: The staff has no idea how customer service works, they're just interested in receiving your money. 8. ***ager: There's no ***ager onsite for complaints or problem resolution. I'm not a picky customer, AT ALL, but when I receive service this bad, I have to be honest and clear about it. We paid $38 a night for this place, which is definitely not worth it. Save yourselves a bad experience that will ruin your few days in Goa and look for another place. The hotel has almost no international guests, only Indians. The room is so bad that I had to make a video so people don't think I'm lying.
