Overall experience was excellent. The stay for the Family Suite might be costly, but it's completely worth it. The type of stay these guys provided was quite commendable. The room was equipped with all the latest tech, with centralized air conditioner. Also the most important thing which a suite/hotel should has the washroom, which was pretty well maintained and nice.

My parents who are senior citizens were booked for 2 nights. They checked in almost 9 hours late. During checkout, they requested for few hours of delay for which ***agement said ok. When they finally checked out rs. 1000 was charged extra for late check-out. If they had to charge, they should have communicated earlier instead of being ada***t during check-out. One of the worst way to treat senior citizens.

Spacious and very clean room. Friendly and helpful staff too. I was just passing by so couldn't stay longer but its a great place to stay if you plan to be around Agra for a trip. The restaurant food definitely can improve. but other things are pretty good.

Great place to stay in Agra. Breakfast spread excellent though the chutney smelt stale. Very polite staff. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Agra. Our room had a tub bath with jacuzzi. Easy to get rickshaws from near the hotel.

Great Hotel and great hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome extended by their staff. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home throughout my stay. The seamless check-in process was efficient and set a positive tone for the entire visit.

Very unsanitary! The black mold, hair of previous guests and mud on the walls spoke volumes. There is no hot water as several prior reviews have mentioned but I will confirm NO HOT WATER! I’m not even sure how this made it to 3 stars. We have traveled throughout India for 2 weeks now and this is the absolute worst.

Room allocated was way below standard expected. Dirty walls... very 'tired'.... no hot water all evening... had to wait until morning.... few towels and toilet paper.... noise from air con? in room above very annoying certainly did not reflect hotel star rating However restaurant was very attractive. Pleasant staff at both reception and restaurant Good menu and food

Thanks to Jyoti Ma’am , at the front desk, the reservation and stay was pleasant and comfortable. Hotel location is a plus point. An improvement in floor service and breakfast variety ( non oily spread) with do wonders. Overall the rating is A+
