As a frequent business traveller I have a wealth of hotel business experience, e.g. last year I stayed 261 nights in the Marriott. Hotel business is about the guest journey, ADR and (T)REVPAR. This hotel is such a joke, we decided some months ago not to use the restaurant anymore, colleagues ran away to other hotels; today a new chapter was added housekeeping threw away the business paperwork on my desk. Ofcourse, they did not know anything are were very dishonest. If possible save yourself the trouble stay at e.g. Hyatt/Crown Plaza/ITC
