Hotel is located on best location of Ahemdabad . Breakfast is good. No. Of food available in breakfast . Housekeeping also is good . Hotel staff is good behaviour. I have feeling very well at time of the staying ............................👍👍👍👍

Very unfriendly reception staff, rather most uninterested, uninviting staff. Hisbody language shows that he is not at all happy to have you booked the room for 8 nights! Bathroom is very dated with wonky toilet and dancing toilet seat. The taps have so much limescale that you cannot imagine that water to put into your mouth for gargle. They are saving money by NOT providing bottled water which was a surprise to me as I have never stayed in such hotels before. The hotel policies are from 18th century where a lady has to change her surname after marriage and if you haven't, you are not considered married even if you are travelling with 6 year old and staying in their hotel for 8 nights! Really??? I had stayed here in 2018 when I came to Ahmedabad for my baby shower as this location is convenient for me. That time apart from dated property, rest all was fine, reception guy was nice and making sure you are comfortable. ( and they forgot to challenge me if I was married while carrying a baby!) Anyway, only plus point is location. Probably their target customers are only business people, not families and hence they don't know (or care) about customer service or their ratings/reviews. Good luck to them and wish me luck to survive :)

My stay was fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helping. They are also very quick with the services. My room was spacious enough. The bed & blankets were comforting. Great food, good service! Very conveniently located with everything accessible- cafes, pharmacy, xerox place etc. They can do better with cleanliness, otherwise all good! I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling for business purpose.

The stay was very comfortable and as specialy receptionist they were wery help full person mr Sunny and mr veer both help me alot and food was very good benedik was good men and cleaning of room was good overall stay was very good and i am happy with the platinum service i will refer to my friends and family group when ever thay came to ahmedabad they will stay at platinum residency
