The experience was very good. We’re met the owner and was very nice person and hospitality. No hot water, the only inconvenience. I will come again.

Did not like tv programing. This facility is much improved since last time I was there: the staff is great and the common areas arena beautiful.

Only thing that was on point was they are people.friendly that's all, where do i begin with this place. We were told about being able to buy dinner and eat there before 10pm, we stayed there for 4 days not once were we able to just eat and just relax for a dinner. We paid for a queen bed and got a full size instead everytime I went to try and get coffee or no coffee for me to make it myself or coffee pot was gone from the coffee maker had to buy coffee else where also everyday, says hot water nope no hot water for a shower my room was supposed to be two rooms since it was wife son and myself as soon as you open the room door couples bed is there then another room with no door next to it no privacy for my son to go to the bathroom he had to go through our room. All and all it was ok but would not stay again.

Been at The Canyon more than once for leisure. Staff and Management are very professional and approachable. There are many places to eat from Mc Donald’s Burger King to original Puertorican delicacy or cousine. And yes I do recommend it.

Have been at The Canyon at least three times before rooms are clean the area is safe and plenty of places/ restaurants to eat from breakfast to dining in the evening , You can either drive to Barranquitas or Aibonito where you can find plenty of places to eat typical Puertorican cuisine. During the weekend the atmosphere is very upbeat.

Nice, clean, safe property. Excellent option for stay in the heart of PR.

Being at The Canyon more than once , clean and staff is approachable will recommend.

Rooms are clean, friendly available staff. Limited ammenities. Close to town and the canyon.

Was nervous when I booked it knowing the area and knowing not popular tourist spots. was pleasantly surprised upon entering room. communication was great up front with lock box key retrieval and drop off. didn't leave room until next morning after a long day so hotel definitely served its purpose from that capacity.
