The hotel staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The food is outstanding and very varied and the dining room and bar area are spacious with plenty of areas to meet friends. The location of the hotel is ideal for skiing, walking and for business. The room we had was newly decorated and was very spacious with a stunning view from the balcony. Very highly recommended !

good comfortable hotel. High service standards friendly staff. Currently, parts being renovated. On the first day there was a fecal stench in the room. The room was quickly changed. The new room had no coffee or tea makers. We had to ask for it but again quickly provided. The breakfast spread is good but monotonous. Good for a 2-night stay.

Friendly and helpful staff - up to date on openings in the area. Clean and functional rooms - stayed in a single - perfect for a quick weekend trip! Great location for gondola. Breakfast offering was generous. Pool and sauna facilities a good extra.

I chose Eurotel Victoria because of the wonderful reviews regarding the hotel’s perfectly location and cheerful, wonderful staff. I was not disappointed. It is located within a five minute walk to town, to ski lifts and to cross country and snowshoeing trails. They know the ski instructors and guides personally. Everyone is smart, professional and their smiles radiate with pride of place and genuine happiness. I loved it! I plan to go back again to hike and visit Glacier 3000 this summer or next.

We’ve been going there every year for our company’s event and we are never disappointed. The hotel rooms have been renovated and are absolutely gorgeous. Not to mention the mountains and great views. The food is delicious and most importantly the staff are so welcoming and always checking in to make sure all is well. Kudos to Stéphane and Alexandra for maintaining such a high quality service and making us feel special! We’ll be back for sure.

We took last minute family skiing holiday at the end of December staying at the Eurotel Victoria Les Diablerets. The hotel was perfectly positioned for both the slopes and the picturesque town. The rooms were a good size, clean and serviced everyday. The staff were very attentive and helpful from the moment we arrived all through our stay and arranged via the front desk for my wife and I to take trips upto the glacier. We left planning our New Year’s Eve celebrations to the last minute, however, the hotel accommodated managed to fit us into there very full evenings festivities. We would definitely return possibly during the summer and stay in the hotel.

Easy hikes from the hotel. Helpful and courteous staff. Nice facilities and good food on premises.

Even before I arrived, I received an email from the hotel advising if I am interested in having dinner at the hotel and explain the cost would be less if booked in advance for the hole duration, which I thought was really nice. From the moment arrived, I was greeted by Phillipe who was smiling and extremely helpful advising in all activities available and issued me a couple of vouchers for discounts for ski rental equipment and for visiting Glacier 3000. Then I was fortunate that he upgraded my room and I had an amazing view over the mountains. Breakfast was great lots of choices from the buffet, however the highlight was the dinner, a 4 course meal that was exquisite every night. The service was great also I want to thank everyone for their hospitality. Peter room 433😉👍
