このホテルには、4日間の滞在中に気づいた問題点がたくさんあります。1. 朝はお湯が出ず、冷水を使用しました。2. 駐車場がありません。3. 朝食の選択肢が非常に限られています。4. フロント オフィスのスタッフはプロフェッショナルではありません。5. 部屋は汚く、適切に維持されておらず、定期的に清掃されていません。6. ホテルは市街地の中心ではありませんが、タクシー乗り場がすぐ近くにあります。7. チェックアウト時間中はカード支払いオプションが使えませんでした。これらを考慮すると、他のより良い宿泊場所を探すことをお勧めします。

Good location. Good rooms.Service need to be organised properly for the guests to come back again.Foos quality is good but availability needs to be for the guest to fulfill. The front office is great for her service towards the guests requirements from time to time.Good overall .

First night-1(horrible) room was infested with cockroaches in various stages of size. Pictures and video available if required. As for room cleanliness exceptionally poor. This was addressed the following morning with Opa. This employee went above and beyond in listening and resolving. He was the only one who understood and showed concern and empathy. The cockroach room was number 205. I was moved the next morning to 305. Opa allowed me to get inspect the room ***** with him to ensure ZERO cleaning challenges or cockroaches presents. Remainder of the stay in 305 and hotel in general compared to my previous stay last year I’m going to give 3 average. The food will give 5/5 and that was the only highlight. The staff need training, the owner needs to visit the property more and actually audit his rooms and level of cleanliness and maintenance. In all honesty I would truly not recommend this property. I feel bad for Opa is the only asset and the Chef. The lady receptionist is also a star. The other male receptionist should not work front desk or hospitality industry. The remainder of the staff besides the ones I mentioned have no clue of the hotel industry or hospitality in general. Laundry services are a joke, 285 INR for 8 items.. none were even ironed or pressed… washed and placed back in the same bag. There was no paper work for me to fill out for the service I require either.

Room was so small that i found very difficult to spend 1 night. I don't recommend anyone to stay here.

Location is near tuikhatlang. Not far from bur a bazaar. Food was good. Staff is polite. However order should be placed a little early so that they can arrange the ingredients.

I booked the double room but gave me a congested room with paint fumes couldn't sleep and in the morning i got nose and throat allergic since then i requested to gave me another room they give me room without window with same paint fumes.
