Now the hotel is 3 years old, so hotel is very modern and nice. All rooms have balcony or small terrace, air conditioning. Every day was room cleaned 🤍. The staff of this hotel are very friendly and nice. There was super SPA in the area of hotel, where was a few people. So after day on the beach it is very good place (if you like less people as we 😊). Food was good, large selection. Fishes was very very good. Every night was animation program, it was fun. Beach was clean, sea was warm, bar was there too. The only downside was Marrocan people. To this hotel arrive 95% Marrocan people. These people don't know how to behave, they get ahead of the queue, they pollute. It's a shame because it's a new hotel and the seats in the dining room... you're afraid to sit on them. That's why you go to eat on time, so it still looks normal 😊. And the boardwalk isn't worth it either. You believe me. Rather go some trip :).

Several factors contributed to making our experience extremely unpleasant: The lines for meals were so lengthy that we often gave up waiting and settled for whatever items were still available. Several items, like cereal, milk, and coffee for breakfast, were not restocked promptly, and they were depleted rapidly. Clean cups and glasses were frequently unavailable, particularly during breakfast. Finding available and clean tables was a challenge. The ones we managed to secure were often dirty, with a significant amount of uneaten food left behind. This is because local patrons tend to take excessive portions to their tables and leave much of it uneaten. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was appalling. Trash bags were left in the middle of the dining area, and piles of unwashed dishes, cups, and utensils were visible. The establishment is clearly unprepared to accommodate such a high volume of customers simultaneously. Despite their good intentions, the staff lacked proper training for the expected level of service. They merely swiped crumbs off tables using the same paper towel, seemingly unaware that this is inappropriate. Toilet paper was consistently lacking in the rooms, and it was difficult to locate in the pool area restrooms. The staff simply did not replenish it when it ran out. None of the showers in the pool area were operational. Acquiring a child's bed for the room was a significant challenge. It was absent upon our arrival, and we had to request it multiple times. There was a shortage of towels for three people, and replacements were often not provided, even though the used ones had been taken. The infirmary was advertised to be open from 9 to 18, but on the day we required its services, no personnel were present at 15, 16, 17, or 18. When we raised our concerns, their solution was to call for an ambulance. Half of the individuals in our group of eight fell ill with gastroenteritis. Despite our request for three rooms in close proximity to one another, we were scattered across the resort.

Not a good experience. We were advised by an agent that Al Hoceima was a new destination, and Radisson Blu was a new hotel, that we were going to have a good experience but it was totally a disaster. First of all, we were not advised that would take us 3 hours driving to reach the hotel. But, that's ok. Second of all, when we reach out room, it was like the room was not cleaned at all. The towels were new, but the rest...the floor was a mess, we had somebodys plate with food eaten in the mini bar, the carpet was extra dirty. I went to the reception to claim, they told us that someone would clean and, guess what. They just took the plate. I went (again) to the reception and they just asked if I went to change rooms. They did not care at all about my complaint. After that we moved and the room was worst then the first one. The sofa was dirty, there were bugs, hairs of some woren...so, I went to the reception, asked to talk with the manager, I was not able to, but for some reason they took my complain serious. After 30minutes the room was cleaner. Not clean. Cleaner. The dirt was still there, but it had complain 3 times, I was exhausted. The public spaces were also dirty. There is no care about the public spaces. There are stains everywhere. I am not sure is other hotels in the area are the same but I was completely chocked. It is a 5* hotel, not a 1* hotel.

The first day i came i was disapointed because i didnt found a basketball court but the exprerience was good and there was so much fun they were doing alot of shows at night that was absolutly amazing and creative i really enjoyed those 5 days which felt like a week i mostly had fun with: sousou, wissale, karam.
