Value vs money

Parking is problem there. Staff is cooperative. I wish parking problem could be solved.

Awesome Apt for stay long vacations any guest rest place specially for the family time and kids old any one can enjoy there view is mind-blowing clean quite place lights in House charming staircase are clean like new inhouse system was really good 💯

Lots of dining options!

The people who worked there were very nice and competent but the property was dirty. There was bugs in the room, the property was moldy, walls are thin, you can hear everything from the hallway and other rooms.

The overall condition of the property was poor. Inside the room there was mold on the walls close to the AC area. We also asked for a crib which came broken; we had to call them to repair couple elements in the apartment that broke such as the bidet in the washroom which was leaking and then the sink which leaked under and all around the kitchen, and almost caused me to fall. Before leaving, the sink got also clogged, but we didn't bother telling them as we were checking out. The wifi stopped working multiple times, they had to come and change the router. I have to admit that the only thing that made the staying bearable is their customer service. They were always there to repair their mess or when there was no parking they would take my car keys and park the car for me. They were also very accommodating by allowing us to check-in and check-out from the property later.

Excellent price value appartmment hotel. Nice staff pakistani managed. Internet works OK. Rooms are OK.area is a bit come down. Overall I can recommend. It is about 500m to the beach area. And 100m to bus station to dubai.
