The breakfast was great but I wish I could say the same about lunch and dinner. The meat was always bland and rubbery. Receptionist were rude and seemed to be inconvenienced by our family friend who complained that their room smelt like sewage, we had read reviews about some rooms having a bad smell but hoped it was a rare chance occurrence. But our family friends sadly got to experience the stench first hand which set the tone for the rest of the trip. The lack of understanding and compassion by reception staff exasperated the disappointment further. We were told we could enjoy a dinner reservation at one of the a la carte restaurants and were instructed booking commences at 10am. Everyday we would attempt to book but were told they were not taking booking as they were overbooked…. Which meant we couldn’t escape the dreaded flavourless dinners. If you’re happy to live on chips and pizza then don’t worry there is plenty! I do have to say that this hotel is fun for kids and very child friendly. Restaurant staff were warm and welcoming, unlike reception. There seems to be a tier system and the higher the staff member ranked the more rude they came across. I have been to better hotels in Bodrum and Antalya that are both child friendly and accommodating in every sense

İt’s vere good hotel.Everything in Theron hotel are better then mu expection.Foods are excellent.I would like to come again on the sommer season.The water temperature was not enough for termal pool in my opinnion.

An excellent option amongst Güre's (many) thermal options. This is a pretty up-market place but sensibly-priced, and has wonderful thermal pools (indoors) as well as the largest hotel outdoor swimming pool we have ever seen - it must have been at least 50 metres long (and a comfortable temperature even at the end of November). The food was very good - perhaps leaning a bit more towards quantity over quality sometimes, but generally very tasty and the serving staff in the restaurant were first-class. The room was wonderful (we had a sea view) and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our two-day stay and would happily recommend this to those wishing to get a taste of Balıkesir's thermal waters. Many of the staff tried to speak some English too, and so with our broken Turkish we were all able to understand each other.

Ailecek gidilebilecek güzel termal, temiz, ilgili personel ve konforlu bir hotel. Yemeği personeli güler yüzlü. Havuzları hamamı temiz. Masajları harika . Çocukla keyif aldık yarım pansiyon olmasına rağmen çay saati ile bu açığı kapatmışlar.

Bon hôtel taille humaine . Point positif localisation Plage privée avec partie ombragé et gazonné. Piscine très grande . Chambre spacieuse Passable : repas bon sans plus mais pas mauvais . Animation le soir Pas d'animation autour de la piscine . Mais je y reternerai car la localisation est très bien et adapté aux familles

Ein familienfreundliches großes Hotel. Das Thermalbad ist angenehm warm und alle anderen Wünsche wie Hamam, Sauna und Dampfbad sind auch vorhanden. Die Buffets am Abend und morgens sind exzellent und haben eine große Auswahl. Wenn man paar Tage hier verbringen möchte, nimmt man bestimmt zu.

Mayıs 2023'te iki çocuk iki yetişkin olarak doğa manzaralı odada konakladık. Gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. Temizliği, yemekler, çalışanları herşey çok iyiydi. Lobide akşam geç saatlere kadar ücretsiz çay ikramı harikaydı. Eğer bu tarz bahar tarihlerini seçerseniz, içeride termal su ile dışarıda da havuz ve denizde yüzme şansınız olur. Otelin hemen önünde uzun bir yürüyüş yolu ve kum, deniz ve iskele sizi karşılıyor. Gerçekten memnun ayrıldım. Tüm Çalışanlara teşekkürler...
