Its third time im staying in delphin hotels and first time in Palace. Service, food, room are great. Its clean and tidy. 7 alacarte are free to visit ones in a week. Guest realation is briliant, very helpfull. Evening shows are good. Food is everywhere all day

I came here with my husband and child, it is not our first time in Turkey. In Delphin Everything is over my expectations - territory, food, entertainment, cleaning. All amazing! Bungalos on the sea, exciting service in every corner, thank you a lot! Will definitely come back to this place.

Myself and my wife visited with our 2 boys aged 3 and 5 in September. It was our 2nd visit too lara but our first visit to the delphin palace and we all had an amazing time! Check was late at night but we wa greeted with drinks of our choice and our cases were taking to our room for us. We had a side sea view room which was nice which we could see the sea and also to the right the main road strip. All inclusive here you can eat and drink all day and night. During the day there is so many snacks you can eat pizza buggers chips ice cream fruit. We enjoyed the pier on the beach which had very good service of drinks and also a help yourself fridge of beers and soft drinks. The pools are huge and the kids loved the children's area and I enjoyed the adult slides . Our room was cleaned very well each day with the mini fridge stocked up . Evening entertainment was fairly good and different each evening was gutted to miss the oktoberfest evening as looked very good from videos. The kids also enjoyed going on the mini fun fair every evening. Most quests are German but most were friendly enough. The Staff were great and the rollerskate team work hard around the pool delivering drinks so you don't even need to go too the bar. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we recommended it massively to friends and family and although we. Don't usually return to the same hotel we definitely are interested in returning again hopefully the hotel doesn't change too much with the refurbishment as we love it how it is

All Delfin hotels in Lara are really good. The food is excellent, the hotel is perfectly clean, the animators are always ready for action, and what I liked the most are the people who work in the hotel, they are all perfectly kind, always smiling and proactive. Delphin Palace Hotel is great for families with small children. Our children had so much fun, because the animation was excellent and there were always some fun activities for them, which they enjoyed. I would like to visit this hotel again and enjoy the beautiful view of the open sea from the hotel dock...

This was the first time that my wife and I have been to Turkey, so we didn’t know what to expect. Delphin Palace blew us away! What an amazing holiday and experience. The service at the hotel was unreal. All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and went the extra mile. There was a skate team skating around the pools taking drink orders and they literally came round every 5/10 mins. If they saw you didn’t have a drink or your drink was empty they would offer you another and bring it over swiftly. The staff in the a la carte restaurants were incredibly friendly and the food was amazing! The choice and quality of the food in the buffet restaurant was also phenomenal. There are also lots of different food and drink “shacks” around the hotel, which are open during different times of the day. The choice of food and drink really was amazing. The hotel was very clean and safe. The pools were huge and not too crowded. The beach was also very clean and was nice and sandy. There were also fridges and drink stations all around the hotel, by the pools and on the beach, so if you wanted to grab a water, soft drink or beer they were there and constantly restocked. The entertainment was so good. We watched Swan Lake, Traditional Turkish dancing and a circus act and they were all very good. There was also a gala night on our last night, which had lots of different types of acts performing and live music. I’d suggest getting to gala night early, otherwise you won’t get a seat. Customer relations checked in on us most days and were most helpful. There was a guy from Istanbul that had only been there for a month that I spoke to quite frequently and he was so nice and helpful. Apologies for forgetting your name! We are cat people and have seen mixed reviews about cats at the hotel. We loved seeing the cats and kittens. They were so well looked after by all the staff and we had lots of cuddles with them. Especially one of the savannah kittens. The only thing to be aware - which isn’t actually that big of a deal - is that most of the staff spoke Turkish, German or Russian but not the best English. There were a handful of people that spoke fluent, clear English though, so we just spoke to them more if we got the chance. Thank you everyone at the Delphin for making our holiday one to remember!

We come to this hotel since 2021 four years consecutive and we are very satisfied with the room(every day is cleaned),food is good and vary,the staff are very kind especially at the reception miss Carolina which we thank for her courtesy and we surely come back to this hotel next year.
