Even though the place is nice, the customer service is bad. It is either they are under staffed or they do not go through good customer service training. The phone in my room wasn’t working I asked the front desk to help me out or change my room, I didn’t get any feedback. My worst experience was, I wanted to order for food from tier restaurant and because my room service phone wasn’t working, I used my personal phone to call their front desk after getting their phone number from their website, the front desk person told me he can’t get back to me on the price so I’ll have to walk from my room to the restaurant which is in a different block.
