第二次去了，太美了，酒店旁邊就是樂園，有各種通道可以過去。酒店本身就很好玩，全包酒店，有很多餐廳。唯一缺點就是那個位置風浪有點大，酒店有個浮潛很好的位置，但是要看運氣。設施很好，從機場過去基本200比索一個人。

還不錯哦，比想像的好，裏公園很近，晚上看完表演很方便，下回還會入住，不錯的體驗，很喜歡，很喜歡，很喜歡，餐有待改善。

We stayed in building 12. The room smelled very damp and musty. It seemed a bit outdated. The shower head was broken and the sink was draining very slowly. We alerted housekeeping and she had it fixed the next day. We awoke to NO hot water one day. I believe the whole building was without hot water. Upon return to the room later in the day it was resolved. As for the grounds stunning. Love that it is such an eco-friendly resort that maintains the jungle habitat. Loved all the wild animals! That was our favorite aspect of the stay!! Love the adult-only area and snorkeling when not a red flag. The staff were amazing. All went out of their way. Especially Fernando and Artemio? at breakfast each a.m. We will be back!!

The culture was amazing. The only thing I can say to improve on is the food being cold. But still delicious.

The forest and animals are throughout. Nice beach area. Far to walk for dining and too many stairs around the main building, gets tiresome. Have to pay extra for anything other than basic all inclusive making it expensive.

The beds were hard not the most comfortable. That truly is the only downside we had. The grounds were amazing. Tons of area to walk and wildlife all over the place. The foods was plenty and overwhelming to try and try everything. Late night tacos and pizza were always a hit after the entertainment and drinks. The pools and beach area were fun. Wish the would have had a drink list. But they only had a few we asked for they couldn’t make.

My recent stay at this purportedly 5-star resort was a profound disappointment. Despite the allure of glowing reviews, the reality was anything but luxurious. The rooms were shockingly outdated, with moldy walls and bedding that left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. Adding to the discomfort, the water had an unmistakably unpleasant odor and a concerning yellow tint. The promise of a la carte dining was a cruel hoax, as it was consistently fully booked despite the apparent emptiness of the establishment. Adding the resort had the audacity to charge an additional $50 for lobster. The buffet food was not merely mediocre but fell well below even the most basic standards of quality. Furthermore, the resort's coffee shop offered Nespresso pods at an outrageous $7 per serving, a cost that was not included in the supposedly all-inclusive package. The staff's lack of familiarity with the resort's amenities and services only added to the frustration of the experience. Moreover, the rocky beach, the sole option available, was perpetually overcrowded and far from the serene escape promised. In conclusion, my first and undoubtedly last visit to this resort was a profound disappointment. Prospective guests should beware, as the reality falls woefully short of the lofty promises made in certain reviews.

Resort was good, rooms were okay, looked little old. Resort is very big and rooms are far, shuttle was not working half the time. Had checked for vegan and vegetarian food before booking and it was explicitly written, but there was no food options after going there.

It was an excellent property. The pools were wonderful, very beautiful area with it being set in a more jungle atmosphere. We saw lots on animals on site that were in their natural environment. The Xcaret park is within walking distance from the hotel.
