Really nice pleasant hotel experience, staff were great and helpful Breakfast, lunch and dinner menus were good and always had a mix of food selections The pool was nice to use Hotel was clean and rooms were a good size Close to a Starbucks as well

The staff in this hotel are superb. I want to especially thanks Samir, Adib and Purna for their wonderful hospitality and attention to cusotmer needs...flawless. The buffet in the evenings is excellent quality. If there are suggestions for consideration it would be that they perhaps consder improving the gym with some addtional space (if possible) and also update the fitness equipment. Regardless, it is fully functional and it's nice to have a gym option. Once again...excellent and I have throughly enjoyed my stay. This is how all hotels should operate when it comes to customer engagement.

Not up to the mark. Particularly the room cleaning and accessories provided like towels etc. are very limited. The person at the restaurant to oversee the guests seems to be unfriendly and unprofessional.

My stay at Radisson Blu Jubail was unforgettable. Great location with easy access to attractions. Luxurious, spacious rooms and excellent amenities. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond. The dining options were outstanding. Highly recommended for a remarkable experience!

The towels were torn and old, bedsheets do not fit the bed fully, breakfast is mediocre.

The washrooms were not cleaned properly, pillows were not comfortable, bath robes, and towels were not of good quality. I booked a superior room but was alloted a standard room, and i was told we gave you standard room as no superior rooms available

I had gone to this restaurant at Eid '23 so decided to go here again since my family lived the food served on eid but ended up having the most horrible experience the dishes were lessened by half the quantity and were over by the time we arrived whereas the buffet timings were still 2 more hours to finish. Very disappointed left feeling dissatisfied. Hopefully they curate a better menu for the weekdays rather than just fool your customers.👎👎

I stayed a week in this hotel, that is situated in the better parts of Jubail. Nice quiet surroundings and still close to an attractive city centre with many restaurants and shops. The hotel is good, nice rooms, exelent breakfast and friendly staff. They will see me again for sure.
