ラ・マンション・ホテル(Hotel la Mansion)

Well maintained rooms, room service guy rubel mirada very professional and friendly ,reception is very helpful only negative things I found staying hear is morning breakfast is not good other then this everything else is good would definitely recommend the stay in this hotel

Again stayed as part of guided tour. Technically I stayed at Casa Encantada next to this building and also owned by the same owner. I ended up spending more time on La Mansion side for group meeting, courtyard party and all meals at restaurant. - Hotel, courtyard: probably the main reason to stay with a lot of history including nation's leader who started revolution against Spain stayed here. Beautiful courtyard where our fun loving tour guide hired good musicians to play a trio with romantic music followed by university students of Alamo carrying Spanish "tuna" tradition and played more music at dinner. A lot of fun to most people but if you want a quiet hotel, warning when tour guide are in hotel. - Restaurant: is fine dining Mexican and probably the best during our trip to Northern Mexico. We ate courses of dinner, breakfast and lunch and feel quite fat after a few days. - Room: do not expect a luxury room. In general, rooms on La Mansion side are grander than Casa Encantada. But each room are individually decorated and do not surprise if your friend's room is much bigger than yours. I have no problem with my room at Casa Encantada but bed sheets are a bit worn. Light underneath the fan went off after I tried to turn off the fan by pulling the string. Called help desk, help sent right away but unable to fix. They are just old buildings. So he brought another side lamp - this kind of thing got negative reviews from others as well but is it really that bad. Courtyard from our hotel is also cool, just not big enough to enjoy like in La Mansion. - Location: very convenient and able to take awesome photos at sunrise and church, city park and city hall nearby. Hopping onto antique cars run with battery is also a fun way to do city tour.

Availability of sufficient hot water for showers would have been nice. Overall a nice place to stay

dissapointed is overpriced for the type the room you get when you get to the property. mediocre service workers are not experienced for this type of service they will sell your room to others in an instant if others offer more money. They did pretend they have not received our reservation till we show them proof in our cell phones

El hotel no tiene el nombre de la mansión y no podiamos ubicarnos .... el lugar esta muy bonito

Las instalaciones muy lindas en general, habitación confortable, solo un tema con el agua caliente en regader sale muy poca y en fechas de invierno es muy necesaria. Personal de cafetería muy servicial y atentos se llevan las 5 ⭐️.

No fue nada de mi agrado, y no habia ahia caliente en regadera y muy mal estado la regadera tambien ,aparte nos mandaron a otro hotel, pprq estaba llena las habitaciones del hotel la mansion .....muy mala experiencia la verdad

La propiedad muy bonita y amena para pasar con tu pareja momentos muy agradables e inolvidables. Los únicos detalles fueron, por trat**** de una habitación que colinda con la calle, demasiado ruido por parte de los carros y gente que festejaban. El otro detalle es que no salía suficiente agua de la regadera, además de estar fría. Saludos

Pésimo servicio por parte de la gerente, desde que llegamos su actitud cero hospitalaria, teníamos una confusión con el pago ya que reservamos por booking, y la señora nos pidió checar nuestro estado de cuenta con el cual no contábamos en el momento, y con un pésimo tono fuimos atendidas, cancelamos en el momento y tuvimos que buscar otro hotel. Para nada recomiendo hosped**** aquí.
