If you are looking for an easy holiday with kids, this is it. Friendly staff, good pools for kids and grown-ups, everything you need is close. Food is tasty and diverse. They really take care of you and want to make you feel comfortable. Kids playground might need some facelift though and we were hoping there is a dishwashing liquid and sponge in the room.

Amazing staff, with a great sense of humor. So nice hotel also for kids. Very nice, clean hotel, and great areas with a bit for everybody, young and older. The food is very good and variated. A lot to choose from. Placed very nice and in a great distance from the main street

my friend booked our holiday based on great reviews.Heres our view.Firstly it is more 3 than 4 stars.The apartments are clean with decent beds.so after 11 when all is quiet,should you wish there is ITV 1 on the TV to watch.The hotel is clean as is the pool...We booked halfboard.breakfast is good...dinner was 7 til 9..we went down at 8.30 and only scraps and salady bits left,2nd night was same,i went to demand €170 back (5x€34 ...dinner for 2 price) so we could eat out,this was refused but we were offered to choose off menu to compensate,then they tried to charge us - like they do breakfast orange juice.🤔 To be fair,they topped food up after this.The hotel is at the back of town with only a couple of local kebab places around.The fab harbour and buzz of cleopatra beach are 20 min walk away.Walk toward harbour ,at the lights turn right and there is a bus stop there to the beach and on to Side & Manavgat..There is a bus from beach no1 to harbour, but not back to the hotel, so unless you book a lift on the hotel bus that returns at 5,you have to get a cab,or walk back ..its uphill.!! The hotel is good for families who dont want to go out in evening.We wished we had booked a hotel on the beach,room only.Spent evenings out,with food and entertainment,Alanya is buzzing.We jumped on the pirates of Alanya,ship...great day out for €15..!

It was a pleasure staying at the hotel our family enjoyed their stay. The staff were amazing and polite and each member of the hotel staff made our family feel welcomed and safe in every situation. Amazing! I had a wonderful stay, and i wish i got the chance to stay longer. The hotel staff are always very friendly and happy to help out, and the food is absolutely delicious! The beds and pillows are the comfiest ive slept in for a while, and the cleaning staff always do an absolutely wonderful job (aswell as being super nice!). There is lots of opportunity to do activities, the entertainment is entrancing and always something fun and different, and the pool staff and activities are always fun. Very, very nice hotel. :-)

Hotel is best from turkey. Bilal, Samet and burak is best guys! All people is graet! Good food, hotelroom and pool. Big drink list, and all inclusise food and drinks is so good! And one guy who is cleaning pool and toilet is best!

This hotel has everything .I am currently staying in room 203 .I am a single woman aged 52 travelling alone to see the best history of Turkey and the fantastic culture it offers. Major point. The staff here make you feel safe and cannot do enough for you .From when I first arrived the room was chosen at the back of the hotel where it is peaceful and quiet and no noisy drunks etc.Its not that kind of hotel .You can relax and have fun but everyone respects each others space .Food is delicious and the cleanliness is second to none .Taxi to the marina is 100 TL .About £3.50.Drinks are a little pricey but not watered down and if you want to top up to all inclusive you can do.Simples .Entertainment is classy and vibrant. Even a call from the lovely lady at reception to make sure I'm OK and everything is satisfactory .We'll done to management and the team here for the attention to detail and professionalism.Samantha .

Good family hotel, not so interesting for solos couldn't find a lot interesting local but good value hotel, the food is excellent. Lots to keep kids entertained all inclusive drinks menu is limited but adequate
