Сам по себе отель нормальный расположен удобно, близко к побережью рядом есть рынок но обслуживание так себе еле тянет на троечку...

I stayed in Carmen Apart Hotel with my family one week.we was very happy.hotel's personel very kindly and helpful.room and beds are comfartable.wi-fi is good.all markets,post Office and beach is nearly.I hope so,I'll go there next time again with my family.defenitly,I advice

very good hotel and very nice staff. there is nothing to complain about. the food is good, very close to the center and the sea. the rooms are large and good and all rooms have very good air conditioner. good cleaning in the room

We booked this hotel for long-termed period and we were promised to have good conditions. However after you pay it turns out that all the promises were false. They start to ask you money for everything: for plates, for kettle, for cleaning, even for electricity. The most important that you need to know is that they scam people with electricity. If you use AC they tell you that it is going to be approximate 1K lyra at the end of month (and in reality it is a normal price). But after check out you receive a bill around 3K lyra and when you are asking where did you get this price (because it doesn't fit the calculations), they tell you that it is business and you need to pay how much they want.

Terrible hotel

I found this place on Sahibinden and chose to stay here for the cheap rates. I was desperate as I needed a fixed address to get my ikamet. My first room was very cold and basic so i decided to upgrade. The manager who calls himself Omar was sometimes quite pushy, wanting to get me to write fake reviews etc. When the apar**ent started to get a little busier in the summer months, I had seen him arguing with guests and being very unprofessional. I thought how they would expect repeat business following how they were talking to guests. I decided to upgrade again to try enjoy the remainder of my time. I was delighted when a friend said she would join me, which I told the manager. He said she would have to pay to share my room, even though he said you can have anyone stay if you upgrade again. She ended up staying in a completely different room as it would be the same price as staying in mine. When I come to finally leave, I found Omar shouting at another guest that I had befriended. It looked like he was going to hit him so I wanted to get out of that toxic environment. I later found that he slapped in the face when he finally left. The bill I had to pay seemed high but I paid it just to leave. In the process I completely forgot to ask about my deposit, I returned sometime after but they would not give it back to me ...saying that the room was a mess etc which was all false. I would not stay here again if someone payed me!
