Front desk is manned by very friendly staff, who try hard to understand your concern in spite of the language barrier (luckily there is Google). Hotel has good potentiel and is nicely located. There definitely are maintenance issues which can easily be addressed. All in all, I had a good stay in spite of the fact that there is vast room for improvement. Hotel has a great potentiel (especially for those who do not want to go the "all-inclusive" way).

Lofts are located very convenient on the main road. But … the elevator was dark and made weird noises. The room looked like after an earthquake with cracks and dust in every corner. It smelled as if it was just renovated but left without a final clean before the guests. Two out of three sockets in the room caused electric sparks coming from the main shield. That looked super dangerous. There was no toilet paper but plenty of gels and shampoos. AC was great. The situation with safety cabinet was hilarious (see photo). You would have to insert batteries and screw it to the wall. It was sad we couldn’t find a screwdriver around.

Это было ужасно. В соседний номер в два часа ночи поселили каких-то пьяных людей. Сначала они начали ломиться в наш номер, чем разбудили нас. Потом они слушали громко музыку с открытой дверью в номере, бегали по коридору, орали, потом орала женщина как животное. И все это в мусульманской стране? Администрации отеля было не интересно это пресечь, два часа ада. Зачем их было селить около нас, если в отеле было много свободных номеров? Позор! Это не отель, это *************. Не рекомендую.

Очень плохо.
