We came with my family and it’s the first time we where here and the experience has been pretty good the rooms are nice and drinks are lovely the food is different and the entertainment is brilliant thank you to Mustafa

Beautiful hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. My brother and his wife had a kitchenette which was handy as they have a baby. We went as a large family group of 21 people. The kids absolutely loved the pool, the kids water park area and the nightly kids disco. There’s also a lovely clean shaded park for when it gets too hot. The chef at the snack hut was so welcoming and we ate there more or less everyday as kids love pizza and nuggets. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend to other families.

Brilliant hotel, amazing rooms, amazing pools, but most of all the staff are amazing with adults and kids, especially the enterntainment team they were fantastic with my kids and such a fun, happy host, the entertainment staff are amazing at keeping the kids happy, dancing, having fun, you really learn to love and trust them, highly recommend this hotel especially with kids!!! 5 stars all round!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Room was brilliant lovely view. Had a great time plenty to do will go again. Special thanks to Mustafa which went far and beyond to make our stay ferfect. Thank you from Jin.

A beautiful complex for families with children. The rooms are spacious, the complex included several pools. The staff took care of the cleanliness of the premises. I especially want to thank the animation team Mbalia, Yusuf, Mami, Dayan, Nurgül, Samet and the main moderator who were amazing and made sure we were not bored. There was a varied program every day. Neither children nor adults were bored. I also want to thank the staff behind the bar and the cook at the pool. Foods are excellent. The only downside was the internet, which didn't work.

I spent 8 days here with my 3 daughters aged 16, 13 and 4!! Wow we had an absolutely amazing time this is by far the best holiday i've ever had, all of my girls were catered for and happy every minute the hotel is outstanding from the food to the cleanliness the staff are so lovely and polite and will help you with anything plus always remember you drink order and have it ready by the time you even reach the bar, the pool was beautiful plus the slides were so much fun, now the best bit which made our holiday better than anything i could have expected was the animation team they were amazing from the pool side dancing and games so much fun and laughter everyday with them there then in the evenings they put on the most amazing and beautiful shows along with the mini disco which my little one got fully involved in, also the lady in the mini club was so lovely with my little girl that she actually went in for a bit and i got my first little rest lol it was placed perfectly so you could see your child at all times while relaxing on the sunbed!! We loved every minute of our holiday at this hotel and will definitely be back thankyou to everyone there 🤩

This is NOT a 5* hotel? Pushing a 3* maybe. We booked a week from Sat to Sat on all inclusive, first time to Turkey and first time all inclusive but never again, we got to the hotel late at night as our transfer took 3 and a half hours from Antalya airport, which should have took 2 hours according to Last minute .com, but actually a taxi took 1 and a half hours? So after traveling all day and all night got to the hotel, the male receptionist who was on duty took our names wanted to see proof of email we had booked to stay there, they should have known all this, and we gave them our passports as soon as we walked in, that should have been enough and they should have been waiting to welcome us, but they treated us like we had just walked off the street? After booking in we needed food, a porter took us to the pool bar, but no food, the guy pointed to his watch to say finished, but they knew we were coming but nothing laid on, so tired and starving 1st night was not a good start, we got a drink and though didn't know it, an older waiter cooked us some fries, which was unexpected but lovely to have something hot to eat after a long day & night travelling. We went back to reception to collect our bags and a porter took us to our room, which was away from the main buildings, we got to our room on the second floor of a 3 floor building, walked in and I could have cried, it was the smallest twin room ever, dark and not very nice at all, the bathroom glass door opened right at the side of the bed, so sitting on the toilet the person on the bed could hear and see you, very unpleasant, so told the porter I'm not staying in here, we need to change rooms, he said we need to go back to reception, we did with our bags but they said they couldn't do anything till morning, also we had booked a double room with double bed and got put in this? so had to go back to the prison cell, as that's what it felt like, with the road traffic and cats fighting and screaming all night it was a nigh**are, so no sleep for 2 nights, there are ferrel cats everywhere in this place, even the eating areas and nobody blinks an eyelid? I was disgusted, how unhygienic is that? Have never read in any reviews mention the cats??? After one night we wanted to come home, the money we had spent on this holiday it just wasn't worth it, and it was nothing like the pics we had seen (bedrooms) and reviews we had read. We had to stay in the first room for 2 nights regrettably, then eventually they gave us the 3rd floor room in the next door building after we kept asking to change at reception, which was a little bigger, though still a twin room, but we had a better view from our much bigger balcony where the first room which had no view and a very small balcony. But we were very close to another building, and we overlooked their balconies, anyone sitting out there you could have had a conversation with, it was that close. 4.5 Stars Overall * The Room was really cozy & clean , the Reception answered our needs with fast pace * The Beach was best i've tried in Al Gouna * The Main Pool was nice with the exception of not having a deep part , the deepest part in the pool was 1.5m deep. Other than that the DJ & Bar were really nice. * The Buffet was well programed with each day having a theme (Oriental & Texmex were the best that i attended) * The Animation team was very friendly & lively (especially Amira & Bob) and the activities were really fun. * The Night show was different every day continuing on the theme of the buffet. (Fireshow & Oriental shows were the best)

We came on vacation with my sister. The staff at the hotel were very attentive and the chefs took great care of my allergic condition. Mr. Mustafa was very attentive to even the minor problems we encountered. Although the hotel was large, it was safe. The facilities were also very satisfactory and we had a pleasant holiday.
