В отеле я второй раз, отель хороший, очень важно, что он стоит прямо у моря. Есть свой пляж с лежаками и зонтиками. Номер довольно уютный, удобный матрас на кровати. Всё необходимое в номере есть, холодильник, чайник. Каждый день уборка с пополнением запаса воды. Сам отель чистый. Еда в ресторане хорошая, мясо, курица, индейка, рыба. Овощи и фрукты, десерты. Всё вкусно. На веранде с видом на море круглосуточно напитки из автомата. Есть бар на пляже. В отеле вполне приличная анимация, иногда живая музыка. Локация отеля тоже хорошая, он находится в 1 км от центра Аланьи. Отель рекомендую.

We didn’t stay here, we were located in the next door hotel. The music on this hotel was so loud until 2am in the morning. It was that loud it was clear to hear every word in our room and it was dance style heavy base music. If you were staying in this hotel and you wanted to be asleep for 12am there’s no chance. Also to be on beach front and not be able to hear the sea on your balcony due to extreme music is a let down. If you have an early flight you may as well do an all nighter. We were 2 20/30 year olds and if we felt it was too loud that’s really saying something. Be aware!

This is 4 stars hotel but the food is not great there’s no much choices to choose I would not recommended to families with children this hotel is mostly for single or couples I stay here for 3 nights but the housekeeper did not show up at all no putting any extra toilet paper or changing the towel bit disappointed

All what can i say about this hotel is that is a great place to be. I want to say how the localisation is near From the center and all shops and shoppingscenters i will be really happy to book my holiday the soon as i can

Hotel on Cleopatra beach. It close to the city center, about 9 min drive. The hotel is close to a shopping area. It’s also a close walking distance to Alanya castle, which is really nice. The hotel staff are friendly and nice. Everything was nice. I gave it 4 stars because of: The food was ok, same stuff over and over again. Some small changes to the buffet. The soda, had zero fizz and the meats were dry… Another thing. The music blasting till 00.00, and you can hear everything! On the first day, we wanted to sleep early but couldn’t because the music was so loud. I mentioned the loud noise to the staff, and she started talking with a passive aggressive tone… Last thing. The spa is literally a scam. The charge like 70 euro for one hour massage, which you can get the same for 10 euro elsewhere close by. After the spa, the manager literally came to the massage room before I got out of bed to push me to buy his massage package. But the swimming pool was nice. And the the access to the beach made the experience much better.

This is our go too hotel when travelling up the Mediterranean coast. 4th visit and has never changed. The staff are amazing, very helpful and accomadating. Artur at the front desk has been there for over 10 years and is an asset to Xperia. Location is the best, private beach is the best beach i have been to along the coast. Dining options there is so many and the dining staff are the best. Had a Balinese massage whilst at hotel and these ladies are bettwr than any massage we had in Bali. 10/10 for this property. Recommend without hesitation. This place has it all. Thankyou Artur and Xperia Hotel for the best experience. After 17 days on the road you were the best hotel we stayed in.
