I do not like a color of the bathroom as you do not see how clean it is. Also the reception was not friendly.

Overview: Fantastic hotel that exceeded expectations with outstanding food and a beautiful beach. Great value daytime adventures to be had but the evenings weren’t as lively, with fake goods shops dominating the *****, save for a few underwhelming restaurant-bars. Good local places away from the *****. Pros - Food was amazing, couldn’t fault it. Breakfast was standard but there was enough variety everyday so it wasn’t always the same which was good. Dinner was also great, different menu every night with a lot of Turkish food which was delicious and a good salad bar. Desserts were also very nice. The beach was amazing, cooks club has its own sunbeds we can use for free however they are available for others to use too so there can be families with buggies and children around. The sea is so warm and lovely, the warmest sea I have ever been in. The cooks club staff come around to ask you for drinks on the beach too which is very good and they also assist with putting up parasols. The only thing I’d note is that the music can get very loud. There is a 5% service charge on all orders (as half board) so there was no expectation to tip which was really nice as we didn’t really have to carry much cash around with us on the beach as it all gets added to the room tab which you pay at the end. The hotel rooms were very nice and clean, and very spacious. Good air conditioning and good blackout curtains. The shower is also really nice. The restaurant, bar and pool area are beautiful and the pictures are exactly how it looks in real life. The whole area is very well kept and the interior design and themes are gorgeous. One of the best things about the area is that there are numerous adventures to be had at a relatively low cost. We went paragliding over Alanya for around €20 which was awesome. We also took a day trip to Köprülü Kanyon, where we rafted down rivers and small rapids amongst the most incredible scenery; again for €25 per head including transfer and lunch. There are plenty of other activities in the mountains, which are similarly priced and completely worth the 2hr coach journey. Cons - We booked via easyJet and the coach transfer took around 3hrs 30mins which is well over their stated maximum of 2hrs 30mins so I would definitely recommend booking a private transfer (this is less on the hotel but and FYI for those booking with easyJet). I would also highly recommend the dinner at the hotel and go for half board (or all inclusive) vs just bed and breakfast if you want great Turkish food. We found that the local area didn’t have a great variety of authentic Turkish restaurants, for example we had to walk around 20 mins to find a lovely bakery that did delicious Börek but there weren’t many on the Kleopatra *****. In terms of evening entertainment in the local are, there was very little around. There were a couple of livelier restaurant-bars (note that alcohol is pretty expensive) including two near our resort, but 95% of the shops on the ma

The hotel was not as described. Paid for a suite with sea view.. we received a small room. It's not a suite. After complaining and^£ 360.00 extra, we received a larger room. Fridge had no drinks in and one glass. Considering we were all-inclusive.. shouldn't there be a minimum of water.. after complaining, we received water on the first night... but that's it...

We booked a standard room with breakfast for a week to our holiday. The room was tidy and clean, a lot of space for two. The pool and the beach area was clean and peaceful (the season hasn't started totally yet). Special thank you to Irem, who saved our trip's good nights in the very beginning by changing our room to a different floor since the first room was a bit too noisy for us. Overall, a nice experience.

Excellent staff and Nice atmosphere. Location was also great. Food was Nice and there was Many choices to pick. We definetly come to Cook’s Club again. Rooms are located another side of the Street from the beach, but there is canal which goes underneath the Street and vomes out to the beacbar.
