The excellent hotel in this area. We love the food, service and all facilities there very much.

We had a great stay and are returning guests to this property. The location and the staff are fantastic and make your experience excellent. We stayed in a room with a large balcony offering wonderful balcony furniture where you can enjoy you private breakfast or just a cup of coffee. The hotel is very dog friendly which is a plus for us. The rooms are not really big but big enough to feel comfortable. Bathrooms are rather small and have very little storage area. Breakfast buffet offers everything you need and the staff even recommends dishes from the kitchen freshly prepared for you. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to the Ligurian coast.

Très cher pour ce que c’est le service qui va avec il n’y ai pas la chambre simple sans intérêt les finitions propreté laisse à désirer pas de service exemple impossible de déjeuner à l’extérieur alors qu’il fait beau hé soleil obligé de courir après tout le monde pour avoir juste un cendrier et est impossible d’avoir quelque chose à grignoter ou à manger à 16h l’après-midi c’est un établissement qui se dit Grand hôtel mais il n’a que le nom

Lovely hotel with great service. Shout out to Alex the Concierge who was extraordinarily helpful and Dario on reception. Our room was comfortable, although a little small, but it did have a small balcony which was a bonus. Our room faced the mountains and overlooked the street but was very quiet. I'm sure the rooms facing the sea would be great. All the staff were superb.

We've spent a wonderful week in Alassio in June with the kids. And this hotel was a true highlight! Breakfasts are rich and fresh, the beach is spectacular, the service is on a solid 5* level, the bed was comfy. And special thanks to Alex, who have made us feel at home. Strongly recommend.

Excellent in every way.Rooms ,well equipped and particularly appreciated the kettle,comfort ,able beds, service prompt polite and friendly high standard as well for spas massage.Ambience delightful tasteful decoration and interesting artwork.

we immediately felt at home in this luxurious haven. The staff is friendly and discreet and efficient, you truly feel welcome here. The location is perfect, right on the beach and at a 1 min stroll from quaint Alassio. For those who play tennis, there are courts available.

This waterfront hotel in the seaside town of Alassio is extremely well-staffed and equipped, it also has a very generously furnished spa/health therapy centre. However The main entrance to the hotel has two small (hotel name)brass plaques, one on either side of the relatively small revolving door ……..both obscured by large plants. The external carpet is embroidered with ‘Riviera Delle Palme Talassio Collection’ and neither the hidden plaques nor the carpet are good indicators as to where the hotel was hiding. For a stressed first time visitor arriving by car and having spent many hours in badly managed roadwork queues, the lack of signs and clear indications were not conducive to a smooth arrival. Children had been allowed to use the main spa pool in the afternoon (mornings they’re allowed in) bringing with them a cacophony of noise and a traffic jam at the most popular water jets thereby making the area into a large, unnecessary and unwanted kindergarten. The masseuse managed to arrive unacceptably late for a pre-booked massage by which time I had returned to base ………….. the head concierge was commendable for his apologies and efforts to reschedule but tardiness at this level is not professional nor indicative of the hotel’s standards. A decent enough stay but there are plenty of other hotels at this level to choose from in future.

Our third stay in this exceptional hotel , and we were delighted to be back . Wonderful staff and location in a fabulous town . The service was second to none and the staff were professional and very good communicators .
