ハンプトン イン & スイーツ アルバニー エアポート(Hampton Inn & Suites Albany-Airport)

I’m a Hilton Gold member but I stayed overnight with free ******* points—(before an early am flight)- I asked for a bottle of water and had to pay $2.00! I think the desk clerk could have comped me!!

Everything was great and just how I saw in the pictures. The breakfast was so good I wish I had cash to tip the kitchen crew. Two cons for me. 1 the beds are way too creeky. 2 the service at the front desk no matter the time of day needs to be prioritized more. It was… bad. Very nice people but just availability was not so good. Would often find yourself standing there for a while waiting to be helped.

Nice location and friendly staff. But the room was a bit dated and had dirt on the mirrors and door. Also this was the first time ever that I was denied a request for a late check out. Not what I was expecting from a Hampton Inn

We had no idea the pool was closed, they did not care when we checked in that we didn’t know that. The whole point why we chose to stay there!

I didn't like that the pool was not open. Everything else here is really good. It's a really nice area and the hotel is clean and modern. The Buffet breakfast is good.

My experience here was that it was a very clean place everything looked real nice and I will be back again.

Pillows need to be replaced. No conditioner in shower. Sheets had hair embedded on them. Breakfast was below average with watery eggs. Fine for one night.

It was a short stay due to an early flight. But very restful, and close to the airport can’t be beat. It’s a Hampton inn … it was as expected. A good stay

What we liked: beds were comfortable. Convenient location with enough dining options. This was just a quick overnight on our way to an event. Staff was nice. What we did not like. The room bathroom had a very think barn style door. While it may look interesting in pictures, it was very off on a bathroom. It doesn't fully stay closed, and if someone wanted to peak through they could. I think they should go back to w normal door. Also, the room had a faint odor of cat pee. It was not so bad that my family wanted to move so We did not ask to be moved, (to be fair, they may have moved us if we asked). I know cat pee is hard to remove and It is a pet friendly hotel but this room should be reserved only for other guests bringing pets.
