This hotel is the worst hotel I've ever been to. The guy that was checking us in was very Rude and Disrespectful....If I could rate this hotel ZERO STARS I would have given them that rating instead of a 1 star rating.

I recently stayed at the hotel and I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by an unwelcome sight—a cockroach scuttling across the floor. It was incredibly unsettling and made me question the cleanliness of the entire establishment. The bathrooms were equally disappointing. They were not properly cleaned, with grime and stains that clearly indicated a lack of attention to hygiene. It’s unacceptable for a hotel to overlook such basic standards, especially in the current climate where cleanliness should be a top priority. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The presence of pests and the unsanitary conditions made my stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues for the sake of future guests. Save your money and look for a cleaner, more reputable option!

Godawful. Upon arrival in the room (which smelled), toilet was not flushed and the urin was still there. Bathtub was filthy, semi-clogged (took forever to drain). Breakfast was awful. Worst hotel experience in the last 3 years.

The room was clean but the bathroom was so crapy. Bath old and toilet so low and so shaker qns big hole in the door . The guy at the front desk and really nice . Pillows really small bed ok confit

Horrible to get a room that has AC, TV fully functional. No room service. Taking their own time to fix the issues. Rude behaviour of front desk. Empty shower and shampoo bottle. Missing conditioner bottle. No waffle at breakfast on Fridays. Nightmare stay . Don't book for more than two days. They don't change anything.

The entire place top to bottom smells like cigarettes and homeless people around the door outside. But front desk was helpful and the room was clean. None of the lights worked in our room they all had to be tapped on to turn on. For the price, not horrid.

This was perhaps the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Not only do they not provide basic amenities, but their customer service is absolutely abhorrent. They want you to be satisfied with under the bar standards. I notified that there was an issue with my bathroom, which had begun to overflow and flood, and their response was because I stayed overnight that they couldn’t provide me with another room and that the sink is not necessary to use when taking a shower. And here is a pictures of said so incident. This has to be one of the most horrific experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel and the response I’ve gotten from the hotel. Staff is absolutely deplorable. No one cares.

Should have known first off by the filthy elevator . Room stank , closet door was falling off , bed sheets were dirty , bathroom dirty , no water pressure or hot water . Left and spotted cockroach in hallway . Clerk would not give refund that the only Manager could give a refund . Repeated calls and Manager was either not there or not available . Credit card company is fast tracking refund due to the large volume of similar complaints that have never been addressed by this hotel NEVER EVER STAY HERE !!!!
