The linen was old and looked dirty but it was suppose to be white. The sink and tub was stopped up. The door did not close well. The tv did not work. The bathtub is rusty. We did cut rooms and it was a little better.

When i came in to check in, which was 11 p m., i was told i needed to wait because she was in the middle of checking another person in. After check in i came to the room and staring preparing to sleep, by using the pull out couch. The couch was broken in places, did not have sheets, and the mattress was thin and uncomfortable. The window shades were partially pulled off the railings.

Honestly it could of been better because it was no phone, the bed spreads wasn’t clean Overall good stay tho

1st- they gave us room 313 we get to the door and the 1st card didn't work then we tried the 2nd card... put the card in and the door came flying open with a man on the otherside wanting to know what the heck we were doing trying to get into his room😳. Went down to the front desk they apologized and gave us another room. 2nd room- we pulled the sleeper sofa out and the metal bar was broken in half made it non useable. No sheets no pillow for the sleeper and only 1 towel in the bathroom, we called the front desk they apologized and offered us another room. 3rd room- discovered the bathroom had not been cleaned there was a used washcloth hanging over the tub spout, a used bar of soap sitting beside the sink and a dirty towel in the floor😳. Other things to note: There was not a shower curtain in either room and when my husband turn the bathroom light on in room 2 a bug ran up behind the mirror. I realize that sometimes things happen but wow, JUST WOW

Had a great stay, not for long but the amenities were as promised. The bed was extra comfy and the staff was nice. Dont know why we didnt have a shower curtain. Someone was sipposed to bring one up but I had to go down and get it the morning after.

Hotel is pretty good and clean, but need some improvement in the continental breakfast no juice at all and when serving bagels and no cream cheese ????

Nice location with accessibility to shopping and dining options. Quick access to highway for traveling.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom wasn't clean. Inside of the toliet which appeared mildew. The mirror wasn't clean. The towels were not folded. The bath tub wasnt clean.

I will never stay in an independently owned hotel again. There is no standardization, people expect to experience a uniform experience, which is non-existent today. Cleanliness standards, take a back seat to profits.
