Excellent hotel with outstanding service. We visited Paradise Blue for an international business event and everything was organized professionally. The staff was friendly and helpful, the conference facilities were excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The hotel is nice, but not clean enough for my taste. The room has a special design, but there are a few stains on the carpet and the curtain, and even a candy wrapper under the sofa. Although we were supposed to have a park view, we actually had a view of a rooftop. I liked the hotel’s pools and beach. I found it inappropriate that we weren’t informed that dinner costs 49 leva per person, and that drinks such as juice and still water were charged separately. The waitress, who didn’t seem very friendly, came to ask for payment right after we finished eating. It was unpleasant. I didn’t really like the ladies at the reception either—they seemed bored and not at all cheerful.

Our hotelroom was great with direct acces to the pool. It was open, clean, great breakfast buffet and great location. The staff in the reception on the other hand could be more open and forthcoming. Everytime we approached them we never heard a «hi» or «what can I help you with today». They showed no interest in helping you. It was hard to even know if they saw us standing there wishing help. When we finally got their attention there was no please sit down in the chairs in front of the counter. And I also thought that it was some kind of minimum english understanding when getting a job in an international hotel, but it seemed like english was not one of the criteria. When asked about some flyers laying around they had no clue and could not answer any questions about activities. 4 out of 5 stars from me because of not happy with reception.

We stayed for two days and enjoyed the hotel, nice beach and surrounding of Albena very much. The hotel manager was a great help in answering all our questions and fulfilling all our wishes. Very recommendable!!!

A beautiful property right on the beach. This is our third time and remains one of our favorite spots on the Black Sea. It is lovely and there are multiple clay courts for those who play tennis.

Fantastic Stay. Very clean, wonderful breakfast, great staff, beautiful view of the Black Sea from my balcony. The General Manager, Elena was outstanding. Nice walking path along the water in front of the hotel. Easy to access lounge chairs on the sand.

Relatively new, beautiful hotel. Nice, well organised rooms furnished with all necessary features. Very comfortable beds. The staff consists of well selected and trained profecionals and every boady is ready to assist you if you need something.

Truly a perfect place! The hotel combines comfort, luxury and family friendly facilities. Perfect for a relaxing holiday whether as a couple, with friends or with the family. We went there before and already were happy with the hotel but this latest experience was even better: the facility is still awesome and staff and management seem to aim at truly international standards in terms of customer experience, they are warm and friendly and eager to help. The hotel is well-dimensioned: there's always room enough at the restaurant and available sun beds. The gym is well equipped and the treadmills offer a view 🤩. The restaurant is just unbelievable (and I know about good food 😋). Rooms are spacious and offer breathtaking views of the beach and the Black Sea. Very important to me: the beds are very comfortable. In short: it’s a slice of paradise that I’ll be dreaming about until my next holiday next summer. Thank you, Paradise Blue for this unforgettable stay! I will definitely come again.

Nice rooms but pools were missing tiles. I had higher expectations of the restaurant for a five star hotel. Some of the local staff members were rude - especially this middle aged male server who almost yelled at me for wanting a drink. He messed up the drink anyway - ordered a Cabernet and he brought me white wine. The bellboy was very kind and helpful but the lady at the reception who checked us in was merely mean. Long wait times for everything. Tiny indoor pool.
