I stayed at the Nona Hotel for 7 nights and was well surprised by the personnel, food, and room. Being an all-inclusive hotel, the variety of dishes makes it feel great. The food was so tasty, it is impossible not to find something to your taste. The rooms are 3 stars standard, and some of them are well equipped. I would have appreciated it if the cleaning in the room was done more often, but when asked for cleaning, the cleaning woman was there as fast as possible. The big advantage is that the hotel has direct access to the beach, free of charge for sunbeds and umbrellas.

I recently stayed at Hotel Nona in Albena, Bulgaria, and it exceeded all my expectations. Nestled right on the seafront, the views were breathtaking. The all-inclusive package was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious meals and drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. With direct beach access and numerous amenities, Hotel Nona is perfect for a relaxing and hassle-free vacation. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Albena!

While the grandeur and spaciousness of the rooms are admired, some guests have noted service inconsistencies. Despite mixed reviews regarding value, particularly in relation to food quality and pricing, the hotel's cleanliness and prime location close to local attractions are consistently praised.

3/5- An enjoyable and relaxing week in the sun, not a luxury holiday, however, you get what you pay for. Staff- 5/5 :All very accommodating and polite with no issues of note. English was OK considering they don’t get many visitors from the UK. Special mention to Aleksander (the bellman), who was very kind and welcoming. He spoke excellent English and gave us a tour of the facilities upon arrival and checked on us throughout the trip. Room-3/5: Looks like picture displayed on website. Cleaners come to the room everyday (at different times each day) and make the room look tidier. I don’t believe they change the bed sheets everyday but overall service was OK. Food-2.5/5: Good tasting and a decent variety on offer at meal times however doesn’t vary too much between days(usually a change of a few meats/fish and the salad). Every other day there will freshly Cooked meat outside on a fire. A very nice ice cream and fruit selection. Drinks- 2.5/5: OK. Soft drinks are not very fizzy and avoid ice (caused us a bit of illness). Beer is good. Not a wide variety of drinks but enough to have something different each time. No issues with bar staff providing drinks whenever you want them (within allocated hours). Pool- 3.5/5: Pool is good and fairly quiet, which is nice. Water is good quality and clean. However, it is located in the hotel next door so a bit awkward if you wanted pop back into your room etc. Beach-4.5/5: very nice quality beach, sand is extremely soft and water is clear and looks clean. Well maintained but fairly busy. Location + surrounding area-4/5: The Albena area is lovely. A short walk to water park and other activities within Albena . Nice quiet walks through Albena (lovely forested area) and there is supermarkets nearby. Hotel decor/appearance:2/5: needs a fresh coat of paint on the outside as it does look a bit a run down. Interior looks better than published photos; a little old fashioned but OK. Entertainment- 1/5: No entertainment in the evenings, very quiet in the dining area. There is a kids club during the day but we can’t comment on this as we were a couple with no children. Misc- Towels- 5 lev (£2.50) per towel if you don’t change for the week. An additional towel will cost another 5 lev

The hotel was great, the location is excellent and the beach very beautiful and clean! In my opinion, the hotel rooms and bathrooms need to be renovated, at least everything was cleaned up well. We could see from the balcony an awesome view, even Balchik (resort near Albena). The food in the restaurant was varied and delicious! I love this resort and will definitely come back again!

I have no complaints at all, everything was just perfect! My room was great and the view was even better. The food was one of the best I’ve had. Will come back again next year with my family for sure.

My stay at Hotel Nona was amazing🤩 ! At the end of my excursion, I was very satisfied. I got room with sea view and it was awesome. Nothing can beat my mornings - hot coffee and beautiful sea view.

Clean and well maintained hotel with very friendly staff. Nice rooms.Delicious food. The location is very good. I have never been in a hotel so close to the sea. Everything is worth the money. Definitely will come back.

It was a worse experienve. I do not recomand at all. The food,the rooms,all i can t describe The rooms since 1970 i think The enployers from reception they argue with you All inclusive but you are limited for 1 icecream per pers,one apple per pers etc
