ロッテルダムのはずれ、交通量の多い高速道路の交差点にある大型チェーン ホテル。英国からフェリーを渡った後、最初の夜の停留所として選びました。それはこの目的を十分に果たしました。近くに施設はなく、ここから歩きたくないはずです。とはいえ、ホテルには巨大なレストラン、快適なバー、そして必要なものがすべて揃っていました。レストランでの食事は素晴らしかったです。部屋は広く、大型チェーンホテルに期待する通りでした。ウォークイン シャワーとバスタブ付きの広いバスルーム。朝食は、セルフサービスのビュッフェスタイルの大きな独立した朝食ルームで提供されました。ある時点で非常に忙しくなり、誰もが同時に朝食を欲しがっているように見えて混沌としていました。朝食の提供は幅広く、利用したいものはほとんどすべて揃っていました。入ったままのパンを作るか、その間に何も炭を焼かない典型的なホテルのトースター。私は同じ目的で再び滞在しますが、主にその場所のために休暇の拠点にしたくありません.無料駐車場付きの非常に大きな駐車場。

Have stayed at this hotel for the last 20 years and NEVER had a problem. We love the location, the food & atmosphere and the staff are always amazing. However, our recent 3 night stay was not as enjoyable as it should have been as our breakfast experience was totally ruined by a large group of women. Breakfast at van der Valk is always one of our highlights of our stay, with a great variety of tasty food each day. However, Saturday & Sunday (27th & 28th April) was spoiled by the rowdiness & rudeness of a large group of women, who found it quite acceptable to block the lobby entrance to the breakfast room, jump the queue at the coffee machine & the cooked food counter, make photo's in front of peoples' tables. knocking cups of the table in the process and their non stop shouting was preventing other guests from enjoying a quiet breakfast. You could see that the staff was really trying to keep things under control and they were really professional, but a manager should have stepped in here and advised these women to consider other guests. If the Saturday morning wasn't bad enough, the Sunday morning was even worse! After enduring the same group of rowdy women and after queuing for a fresh coffee several times unsuccessfully, we gave up after 20 minutes and left the breakfast room without having had a coffee. I get it that sometimes things get busy and maybe a bit out of control at times, but you could see that many other guests were unhappy and the staff was really working hard to keep everyone happy. In my opinion, management should have made an appearance and sorted this mess out.

Location was close to highway access and in a good area that we felt safe. Free parking was a nice amenity. Room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming.

I recently spent four nights at Van der Valk Hotel Riddrkerk on a business seminar. The hotel is modern and comfortable. My room was spacious and well appointed, although the wallpaper colour may not meet everyone's taste. The bathroom was also very spacious with a tub and a shower. One downside was the Internet connection, which was fast enough but required very frequent reconnection. Conference rooms are all located on the first floor. They are also well equipped but face the same Internet connection issue as the rest of the hotel. No gym - only 4 bikes - is available, which many will see as a negative point. Breakfast is very good, with plenty of options, but food at the restaurant is pretty unremarkable. Van der Valk Ridderkerk Hotel is a good place to stay in the Rotterdam area. However, keep in mind that a car is absolutely necessary as the hotel is located far from any city centre, along major highways and in an area of office buildings.

Really useless service and attitude We stoped there for Tesla charging by accident found Rasturant service was so useless we need to walk away after starter. Even we paired the bill no apologies or care anything about what happened or no one to need to know

All exeptional good. Super friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Plenty of parking opprotunities. Just a little dust on some shelfs in the bathroom, but nothing major. Happy to come bacjk to this wonderful hotel. Great value for all.

Made an online reservation to this hotel, stayed there before in 2018. Rooms still nice and clean, well maintained. Meal delivered to the room, nice and perfectly cooked. Very pleased with this hotel again. Even in strange time s they assist.

The breakfast has sufficient choice of hot and cold and gluten-free options. Dinner menu was good but €25 for a filet of lukewarm salmon with mash and three asparagus is really quite outrageous, even in the cost of living crisis. Loved all the festive decor! Unfortunately, had an atrocious nights sleep. The double bed was made up of two single mattresses pushed together. It was like sleeping on a trampoline, I’ve never experienced such a bouncy mattress and it is not an experience I wish to repeat. The pillow was really thick so all in all it was dreadfully uncomfortable. Husband had an equally dreadful night.

Good city hotel for one/two nights . Good quality , nice staff . In industrial area so now where to walk to
