I'm fussy with hotels and would it usually book 4 star to avoid disappointment. With this break, I was joining a friend for his 2nd week. The hotel room was great. Nice and big, 1 x bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom and spacious living area. The only negative was the beds were not comfortable and I did a bit of moving around to make sure I could get some sleep. The staff team a helpful and friendly, we had issues with the TV connecting to Netflix. It took several phone calls before she got the information she needed, but she was persistent and determined to fix the issue, which she did. Another big plus which you rarely see in holiday apartments was a washing machine. I didn't use it, but if I was here for longer it would have saved bringing extra clothes. The grounds and pool area are lovely, I would think it would be ideal for young families. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to book it in the future. Well done Natura

Not for families, although the hotel state they do not accept groups...they do! They ask you to report it, but the staff are clearly sat watching whats going on, they should intervene. Slept for around 4 hours a night with all the commotion from the groups. Staff just sit at watch the chaos on the cctv at reception and do not stop it. We sat in reception at 6am on the day we left, people coming and leaving in ubers etc, music still blasting out in rooms, and they just sit and watch. Only good thing was the cleanliness, that's what the 1 star is for! Will not return. Definitely do not book this hotel if tou have kids!

Firstly the staff were very friendly, Arrived at midnight and was initially disappointed but the apartment was clean, and cleaned regularly. The bath we would only shower in as it was very discoloured. The pool area was very dirty and most slabs were loose. The whole area could do with a good jet washing on a regular basis. The sunbeds were dirty looking and were never cleaned. There were stains inside and around the pools and the kiddie one was turning green (algae) I told the reception but nothing was done. They said the pool will get cleaned but it was only cleaned once during our two week stay. Also very dirty around the sun bed’s cigarette ends etc, again mentioned this to reception and bar staff but the two weeks we was there was never cleaned. It was more suited to an 18-30 club where the youngsters probably wouldn’t notice or care about the general area cleanliness. Hotel states it does not accept large groups but there were numerous large groups during our stay. Often noisy and was woken at anywhere between 2 and 4 in the morning, reception said ring down and they would sort but we were already awake by then.

We’ve just returned home after an 8-night stay at Natura Algarve and had a fantastic time. We arrived at the hotel around 2:30 PM. Our room wasn’t quite ready, but the staff were helpful and allowed us to store our luggage securely while we explored. During check-in, we were asked for a €200 deposit, but the receptionist kindly informed us this could be paid in pounds if preferred – a thoughtful touch for travellers not wanting to take euros home. Our room (112), a first-floor pool view, was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped. The WiFi was reliable and worked great throughout our stay, both in the room and around the pool area. One thing we really appreciated was how staff managed the pool area – towels left unattended on sunbeds were promptly removed, which ensured fairness for all guests. We never struggled to find a sunbed, no matter the time of day. Although the hotel states it doesn’t accept group bookings, we did notice several groups staying. That said, they were respectful and didn’t disturb anyone. The hotel had a mostly adult atmosphere, with only a few families and children during our stay. There was a surprise pool party on Saturday – not advertised anywhere – so we were a bit caught off guard by the sudden music and crowd. However, it added a lively touch and didn’t negatively affect our experience. Location-wise, the hotel is ideal – just a short 10-minute walk to both the beach and the lively new town strip. If you're dining out, we highly recommend **The Wander Inn** – fantastic homemade food at very reasonable prices. Would we return? Absolutely if the price was right! We’re a family of three, and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The staff are very friendly and that is where it stops, had to change rooms when we got there as room was terrible and rust in shower/bathroom. Hotel wants big updating, cracked floor tiles in room old and dated fixtures. Dirty around pool area up the top, staff were informed a number of times but nothing done. Was given room 105 (big mistake) got woken up every night between 2am and 4am from noise from guys in the room above or people come back from the clubs on a night out coming through the auto gate below. OK if your between 20 - 30 and want to get pissed every night. AVIOD this place if you want to sleep at night, if you do don't get room 105. Would love some feedback from hotel if you dare!!!

Lots of positives and negatives for this place. There were plenty of groups whilst we were here but did not cause us any problems and were mostly quiet in the early hours. We stayed in a 1 bedrooom pool view apartment, the place is very tired and old fashioned, beds are hard as are the bed setees, we asked for a topper for the bed and was given one straight away that helped a little. The cleaners do a great job and the apartment was very clean. The pool was dirty looking when we arrived, a bit better after a week, however, the area around the small pool is filthy, the sun beds are not washed daily so they are grimy, cigarette butts are around the small pool and have been there the last ten days. The bar staff are lovely and friendly as are all the staff, they try to do a good job but need training on cleaning the outside areas. The whole place needs an upgrade I’m afraid, bedrooms and bathrooms especially. We had a nice time but would not return and would not recommend
