全ての条件を満たした 4 つ星ホテル。オンラインの説明どおりでした。2 ベッドのヴィラに宿泊しました。清潔でモダン、とても広々としています。階段ゲートとベッドガード（幼児の安全に最適）。フルキッチン、バスルーム2つ、素敵なテラス。敷地内にはプールがいくつかあり、子供向けの素晴らしいスプラッシュ/プレイウォーターエリアと、子供向けの非常に浅い小さなプールがある大きなメインプールエリアがあります。大人専用のプールもあります。私たちはオールインクルーシブオプションなしで宿泊しましたが、ビュッフェレストランで夜に数回食事をしました（料金は大人1人あたり約30ポンドで、夕食時に飲んだすべてのアルコール飲料も含まれていました）。息子は3歳でしたが、彼の分は支払う必要はありませんでした。ビュッフェの食べ物は私の意見では美味しく、子供向けにいつもプレーンパスタ、ピザ、ナゲット、チップス、ロールパン、たくさんのフルーツとサラダが提供されていました。魚の切り身や肉のさまざまなオプションが常に提供され、野菜の種類も豊富で、ポルトガル、アジア、イタリアなどのテーマの夜に参加しました。子供用の氷柱とアイスクリームの容器が蛇口から出ています。リゾートは手入れが行き届いており、散歩するのに素敵でした。バーがいくつかあり、夜のエンターテイメントもあり、膨らませたバウンシーキャッスルや週に4回夕方に車も出ています。メインエリアまで徒歩20分、またはリゾートにバスがあり、タクシーを呼ぶこともできます。スタッフは全員とても感じがよく、特にレストランのスタッフは子供にとても親切でした。エンターテイメント チームが素晴らしく、午後4時頃にはプールで全員を踊らせていました。彼らはたくさんのものを提供してくれました。私たちのヴィラはエントランス/メイン バーのエンターテイメント エリアに非常に近く、音楽がかなり大きく聞こえました。幸い私たちは遅くまで寝ないのでホワイト ノイズ マシーンがありましたが、早く寝る場合はリゾートの裏側のヴィラ/アパートメントをリクエストするといいかもしれません。またここに泊まりたいし、子供がいる友人にも勧めたいです。

The staff here made the place 5*, they work so hard and are so friendly, it was wonderful with a special fuss made of our daughter on her birthday. Lots of fresh food choices, activities for the kids, and the apartments were clean, spacious and more like 5* It is a 4* not a 5* but we had a better time as a family than at the last two 5* resorts we stayed at in Greece: Transfer was quick, there was a washing machine and it was easy to hire a car and visit markets and a local waterfall. The entertainment was fun and varied although it’s not a huge space but people were having fun so that’s all that matters. The only thing I would change is the drinks, fresh fruit juice and a wine selection (even if you have to pay), but we bought our own from the supermarket. I would definitely recommend Eden for a family holiday.

This year was our third visit to Eden, three years in a row. We absolutely love it here. Everything about the hotel is outstanding! The food is to die for- not your typical all inclusive- smaller selection but quality over quantity all the way! Amazing fresh fish , meats, all types of grains & vegetables every meal. You cannot beat anywhere for the food here. The drinks are all branded and top quality & taste. The waiters and waitresses are so lovely. So friendly & attentive. Can’t fault them. You can see they all love their jobs. Rooms are huge and spacious, perfect for us as a family of four with two little ones. Baby equipment all provided with a deposit that you get back at the end. The Entertainment is really good for children. The mini disco is now before dinner at 5:30-6pm and worked better for us as the kids were tired with dinner already being later at 6:30. Great location with a free shuttle bus but we actually hire a car every year. You can park your car right outside your apartment for free! Lovely area and beautiful beaches nearby. Honestly cannot fault anything, we can’t wait to visit next year! Really really cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you so much guys!!!

Stayed many times at this wonderful place but this time we said never again. The apartment was perfectly located. Peaceful position with a large south facing aspect for the sunny days. The interior was clean but many things were broken. The phone socket was cracked and hanging out of the wall, the dishwasher rack wouldn't slide in as all the wheels had come off at one side, the kitchen cupboards and wardrobes were all water damaged at the base and all the low level lighting power sockets didn't work. All the lights flashed and the phones didn't charge. The only socket we could charge in were the high level ones in the kitchen. I think at some point the apartment may have suffered from flood damage. We had to repeatedly call reception for our bedding to be changed and it was finally done by a very rude cleaner on the next to last day of our holiday. Seemed a lack of communication between reception and cleaning staff. We were self catering but chose to eat in the buffet 3 times during our stay and I have to say the food quality was very good. The grounds are well kept and the location perfect. It just needed better maintenance... they're sitting on a gem of a place but what they're charging for what they're delivering right now is pretty scandalous.

If I had more stars to rate my time at the Eden resort i would give them. From the start to the end was one of the most amazing experience. Our family had an absolutely incredible stay at this resort—truly a five-star experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for at every moment. The food was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options that suited everyone in the family. Our accommodation was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, providing the perfect place to relax. The spa treatments were the highlight—pure bliss and the perfect way to unwind. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already planning our next visit!

Extremely busy. The social areas (bar, meal area) and main pool are far too small for the amount of people staying. Not enough sunbeds and we couldn’t get one for 3 days unless you want to join the sunbed wars and get up at the crack of dawn and reserve them. Indoor bar area is simply not big enough. On a plus side, the splash park is great for kids and the shuttle buses are really handy for getting out and about. The beach is fabulous

We had the most wonderful family holiday in Eden Villas. We have 4 kids - ages 10, 8, 6 and 4 and my mother also travelled with us. The villa was fabulous - big, spacious rooms with ample storage. Lovely garden at the back. Excellent facilities. All of the staff were amazing - The entertainment staff were excellent - so friendly to all the children and they loved the kids club - lots of different fun on offer every day. The boys loved the games and activities at the pool and the football. The staff at the Eden cafe were so lovely every day. We were very impressed with the food for an all inclusive - loads of good quality, fresh food on offer and selection was excellent. We loved everything about our stay at Eden and look forward to returning next year!

Wow! What a great family holiday we had. The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as good as possible. Victor from entertainment team was brilliant as was everyone else. The accomodation was brilliant with air con in every room. Food and drinks were all brilliant with plenty of choice for everyone . Book this and enjoy you won’t regret it.

Arrived at 11am did the check in process and was told room wouldn't be ready till 4pm to me that is extremely late in the day especially with young children. Came back at 4pm and was told quite rudely that our villa was not ready and I should have waited for a text message, this to me was not acceptable and the response from staff wasn't very helpful till I complained then sat down and miraculously I had a text message whilst sat in front of reception! Kids disco in the evening was at 5.30pm till 6.00 which was disappointing as too early and we had to attend in our swimwear, we had our 2 year old granddaughter with us and they didn't do a lot to accommodate the younger ones which was really disapointing. Entertainment staff were happy and made sure kids were having fun in the daytime (for those 4 and over!) Food was great enjoyed every meal, bars were well stocked too. Villa was very clean, pool areas kept clean. People were up early saving sunbeds and some people wouldn't even sit on them till after lunch, pool staff after day 4 once people had started to complain did start to remove towels though. Location was out of the way though and as there wasn't really much entertainment in the evenings we tended to go out, downhill walk was fine but too hard to come back up so cost around 5/6 euros in a taxi. Great if you have young kids aged 4 or over.
