Very good room with a sea view Lots going on and the breakfast and dinner in the hotel is superb value for money  Buffet style but lots of choices and drinks are included

The location is great, there is direct access to the beach. Check in time is 3pm, which I think is very late. The staff starts mowing the grass early in the morning so you’ll wake up early. Compared to other hotels by the beach in this city, here mostly stay pensioners, which is a good thing.

Fantastic, was neevous about it due to revies. Don't listen to the negatives. Great place and would deffo come back again. My new favourite place, everything you need. Great wntertainment and lots of food options that accomodate everyone

設施陳舊、簡陋，像80年代的招待所，沒有喝水杯、水壺，茶包咖啡包，保險櫃要租金3歐/天，不過景觀一流，一線海景走出去就是沙灘，早餐也不錯。

Pequeno almoço muito bom , com alguma variedade alguns pontos a melhorar no atendimento, empregados poucos simpáticos, e o barman da noite devia de aprender os modos e higiene no trabalho , mas de resto parabéns a equipa Barata Hoteis pela excelente estadia. Um ate Já 👏💯

Posizione ottima per l’accesso al mare (spiaggia di Albufeira ) e alle scogliere . Centro raggiungibile in 15m attraverso la spiaggia ma anche con un bus navetta gratuito fornito dall’hotel. Bella piscina ( freddina per la stagione ) .Ottima colazione e buffet abbastanza variabile con orari prolungati.Struttura un po’ datata in particolare la camera ( climatizzatore dei vicini un po’rumoroso e necessità di qualche revisione)

Never been to this area before so thought woukd try it On arrival the place looks nice and clean to which 90% of it was. The rooms are very outdated and they all need new windows has whn it’s windy the draft is terrible the cleaners forget to leave clean towels whn they do your room and no drinking facilities in the room which I find very strange. Eg kettle cups coffee sugar although if u ask they will supply a kettle and cups but don’t expect the cups to get changed all week because they don’t the beds was average and not a to bad. Ights sleep if u can sleep through all the doors banging The food Wasent ok but not a lot of choice. And some of the food temperature was poor. Has for the entertainment it’s ok if u like dancing acts so Thts no so good. The all inclusive drinks are pretty average but they do give u a very short measure so they are tight on tht overall woukd I stay there again. Probly not

THE POSITIVES ... We arrived on the 1st April for our very first visit to Portugal and for our very first holiday with our 1 year old. Upon arrival we was told our room wasn't ready until 4 pm however was told because we had a young child we ws able to check in a bit earlier and they would get our room sorted asap to which we was very thankful for. As in most of the reviews we read the room was slightly outdated however we did get an upgrade as prior to arrival I emailed the hotel about it being my partners birthday so we received a Seaview room and some complimentary fizz. I also requested a baby cott which was also ready for us in the room. The room although very old and outdated its self was Clean and also cleaned every day. The staff are also extremely friendly and went out of there way to help you especially one member of staff in the dining room who kept my toddler entertained and smiling. Also to the one man on reception that helped us with a medical emergency. THE NEGATIVES .... OUR 1 YEAR OLD BECAME VERY SICK AFTER THE SECOND DAY OF OUR VISIT after eating some fish in the restaurant she was picking constantly and had diorea we had to visit the emergency room in Albuferia which the one man on reception night shift called us a taxi and pointed us in the right direction of a hospital with having never had this happen before was very scary as a first time mum. ( The hotel management did call our room the net day to follow up and check on us though. We thought this might have been just a one off or that it was a sickness bug however when we got home we were also very poorly and having read other reviews of people falling ill we soon realised it wasn't just us. There are hardly any lifts and the lifts they do have do not take you to the restaurant or the pool so if you have mobility issues or like us and have a pushchair we had to keep carrying it up and down the stairs to get to the restaurant and pool bar area. ALL INCLUSIVE only one cocktail is available and that's the cocktail of the day the rest aren't inlcluded on all inclusive unless you pay extra this did change daily however not having the choice wasn't very all inclusive especially if you didn't like that one also the other drink variety wasn't all that great so I stuck to coke most holiday. The food was average and warm not hot plus not much variety unless you like fish. They also charge a refundable deposit of 10 euro for the key in case you loose it so be warned. rooms again slightly outdated but clean and the views are lovely. the hotel its self looked fairly clean however the food wasn't always hot and in some cases just warm. their where parts of the building that had minor leaks which meant when it rained it was very slippery. The outdoor pool was freezing so not useable. overall will not be back after all 3 of us becoming ill but the staff were what made the hotel better.

Visited for 5 nights end of march, cannot fault the hotel photos do not do this place justice, is it huge. Pool area with sun loungers (plenty for all) lovely, indoor pool nice perfect for time of year as outdoor pool was freezing. All inclusive food and drink absolutely fine. Room was nice, a lovely view from the balcony - fresh towels and cleaned daily. Entertainment every night. For people that give a bad review please take no notice and give the hotel a try you will be pleasantly surprised. The weather was beautiful. Will definitely return

The Auramar is a well located 3 star hotel perched upon a headland between Albufiera Bay and Praia Da Oura bay. The walk along the coast to Praia Da Oura is bay is up and down which requires sure footedness. Owing to the elevated location on a headland, a high proportion of the rooms have some sea view. It is worth making a special request for a high floor sea view. The rooms are pleasant but slightly dated. The indoor pool is good with the water pleasantly warm. Food and drink were good for an all inclusive hotel. It is a good choice for a 3 star hotel.
