Albufeira Jardim Apartamentos Turisticos

I am currently staying in an AirBNB on this complex and wanted to warn potential visitors. This place only has a pool. The bar,pool bar, coffee shop and restaurant are all closed and actually look derelict. Apart from the gardens the outside is very dated. The pool is good and is cleaned regularly but area surrounding the pool is very dirty and I have not seen it cleaned in 10 days. This may be a satisfactory accommodation for young groups but is definitely not for families or the elderly. Also this accommodation is being advertised with incorrect facilities not only on Tripadviser but also a variety of travel sites.

I'm am giving who ever is reading this a big warning please don't book this place it's a scam.we arrive at this place horror we booked a resort with pool,bar, restaurant looked exactly what I wanted.the place is abandoned nothing is opened not even a receptionist you have to ring a number on arrival and someone will come with a key we knew nothing about this.the place is run down we had to leave and book elsewhere.they refused to return our money for flace f ..

Stayed here for 6 nights last week in a two bed apt booked via AirBnB so will review that via their site but a warning to anyone booked within the next week or so, the pool repairs that were due to be completed by beginning of June weren't finished so what should've been a few steps to the pool from the apt turned out to be a 10-15 min walk, some of it uphill, to a public pool nearby. We were only informed the pool wasn't ready the night before our flight so no time to rebook. Check before you arrive. Not the best place to stay if you have mobility issues as the complex is very hilly with steep paths but so is the local area. The blocks themselves could do with a lick of paint but the grounds were very well kept. Lots of noise in the apartment from our neighbours around us.

When we arrived there was no1 to greet us to check us we didn't have a clue what to do until we asked a a man passing could he help us. He then rang a woman to come to help us. She inform us one of the rooms was ready and the other was not but we could look at it. On first glance the place was run down walls dirty and not a family resort at all. My mother look at the apartment and came back horrified she said it was dirty run down and it was like a dungeon and wouldn't let anyone stay there. The other apartment was ready so we decided to take our bags up and refresh .. the apartment had over 50steps to it which my uncle was uncle able to walk to as he had a crutch.. we arrived into the room which was dark and run down there was yellow stains on the duvet which had no covers on them there was shampoo bottle in the bathroom with shampoo wrote in marker on it. The chairs on the balcony had writing on them and were definitely not safe to sit on.. we heard a bang and it was the air conditioning turning on or whatever machine that was on the balcony.. we were fit to cry as we were only staying for three days. We decided to have a look around to find the pool as it was the main thing we noticed when booking. We found it which it had no water in it there was men working around it. It was like a building site. The baby pool was green water on it and at that stage we decided to leave. We were refused our money back which was a disgrace as the site we booked through mislead us and had to rebook 10 people into another apartment.. DO NOT STAY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

It was very basic no Air conditioning system working in 35degree heat very dirty apartment blankets on the beds that were never changed and expected ppl to use after them pillows were dirty terrible location I woukd not recommend theses apartments to anyone so please anyone do not book this place very disappointing the the pool area was lovely and friendly staff at the pool bar.but will not come back here.

It is not a hotel or an apartment hotel but it's rather a residential area that has been transformed into a business of apartments for renting. The idea may not be bad but the apartments are in very poor conditions. Pavement in bad conditions all around the common areas, walls of the apartments chipped off needing some painting urgently and dirty, very small kitchen and barely equipped, pool area without a lifesaver!!!! . There is nobody in the pool to watch people who have a bath which are often bothered by the boys around playing football inside and outside of the pool...the place definitely needs a renovation and be run by someone who really care for the guests.
