La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Albuquerque Northeast

The bed springs make sound. Bathroom floor cracked and and corners are black. The pictures of the room are Photoshoped (?) Photos does show the actual room.

Just needed a place to sleep. Bed ok. Pillows not so good. Outside entrance into rooms. Tub water controls were opposite and had a long time getting good water temp.

very bad service 😡 in this hotel, we arrived around 11:30 at night and the person in charge was in the lobby talking on the phone and I was waiting for him to see what time he would vacate, so at the last minute he told me no I had rooms, and I "HAVING A ROOM RESERVED," and it was too much trouble finding another hotel at that time, very bad service at this hotel

I asked for first floor as i am handicapped. The check in person was extremely rude and said he might not have 1st floor but the hotel did nit fill up at all and first floor was available. He purposefully put me in a distant first floor that i had to walk alot to the car. He could of easily put in a room with parking directly in front of the room

Again, Breakfst was good. But the room was dirty and the glue from the flooring had oozed up everywhere, hair and dirt in the corners. Just not the same as other La Quientas that we had stayed at.

Great comfortable bed, nice room, and nice clean facility. Breakfast could definitely be better. Not many choices.

Front desk staff courteous and helpful. Room clean but very plain and no mini fridge. Breakfast very minimal.

Checked in late on Wednesday (1/31)…was told they didn’t have d reservation under my name even after I showed them my ******* confirmation number. Was still able to get a room but it was stressful

When we travel we always stay a La Quinta hotels however this precise location has a lot to be desired we wil never comeback to this location
