Noe hotel. Convenient location at Knoxville airport

安排的房間在電梯旁，還好電梯聲音小。房間還算寬敞。我們是早晨5.30的航班，酒店早餐還未開，也沒辦法安排早餐包。

Nice Clean Room, Comfortable bed. Staff made check In and Out easy. Transportation to Airport I would stay there again if in Alcoa!!

Got caught in a snow storm and staff were so helpful. This is a great stay if going to the airport. Not elegant, but good solid hotel, nice, clean and good staff! It's like 2 mins from the airport.

The facility was affordable, well lit, clean, easy to find and a really a good stay for. Definitely recommend.

Checkin was nice and easy. Our overall experience was fine until the day we checked out. We went down for breakfast and went into the gym. My daughter ate while I worked out. At some point a manager stuck his head in and said no food was allowed in the gym. I apologized and had my daughter throw it away as she was done eating anyways. He then comes back 15 min later and says she can’t have her juice in there even though they have a water cooler in there with the exactly same cups she had her juice in. When I asked was water allowed in those cups he said yes but kids can not have juice in cups it had to be in a bottle. There was nothing in there that said that. At this point I felt as though he was just trying to find something. I was confused as she was not on any equipment with the juice it was sitting on the water cooler where you get the cups from so no risk of damaging any equipment or anything like that. Frustrated I told my child if she was done with her drink to just throw it away and get water so I could finish my workout and we could leave. Other than the harassment in the gym we had a pleasant stay and the front desk workers were very nice.

The staff was very nice, checking was a breeze, the room was very comfortable. That was nice and firm, large TV screen plenty of hot water. The room was extremely clean as was the premises. They made reservations for Benchmark taxi and they were there early, overall and enjoyable experience. Located nicely next to Ruby tuesday. Definitely will go there again

We arrived shortly after midnight were sent to a roo. On the 3rd floor at the very end of the hotel. Which I have mobility issues and we had been traveling since the afternoon. Then the heat didn't work right. I had to ask for an extra quilt and sleep with my hooded fleece sweatshirt. It was very cold

The bed was literally one of the worst I have ever slept in. I felt like I was getting beat up in my sleep. I ended up with a migraine from lack of sleep and pain.
