Welcoming and professional staff who offer up a free drink on arrival. They’re enthusiasm and job knowledge is a credit to the hotel. Nothing seemed too much bother. The public areas are immaculate with a wonderful refreshing and relaxing fragrance. Our room (103) was lovely. Practical and luxurious! Breakfast was 5-star and exceeded our needs. The pool and sun terrace were ideal for sunbathing and sitting in the shade. We used the spa on the last day and it was immaculate. It needs to be booked, but it feels like your own private area making it more relaxing. The location couldn’t me more central, so ideal for walking around alcudia for meals. We parked our car near the bull ring in a free public car park and it was only a short walk to the hotel. Not the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Well situated hotel in the middle of Alcudia old town.It is on a main square with several restaurants and shops which is very convenient but the hotel is quiet. Well designed rooms , nice public areas. The roof top was delightful We did not use the small pool but enjoyed the spa area. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the outside courtyard; excellent selection given that this is an included feature. Desk receptionists, were both most helpful . Would highly recommend.

Second visit to this lovely small boutique hotel centrally placed in Alcudia old town. Everything was fabulous, staff, room (204 Bohemian), food. We were in awe of such visitor focused attention to every detail. This is a little jewel of a place. Thank you to everyone. We'll be back next year.

Awesome hotel, great property, walking distance to beaches and in a great town with good restaurants and shopping and the staff is second to none.

Everything about this hotel is excellent from the friendly staff, the quality and choice of the breakfast, the hotel is spotless, the added bonus of slippers and bath robes in the room along with the fresh smell of the big bath towels makes difference. Would highly recommend this hotel, exceeded well above our expectations and they were high.

From the second we stepped into the cool and fragrant foyer of the Forum Boutique Hotel, we felt we were in an oasis of calm. The architectue is beautiful, the rooms very comfortable, stylish and unique. Our outdoor terrace and jacuzzi was amazing. The breakfast was amazing. Special mention for Rianne for our warm welcome and cool drinks on arrival and lovely Diego who makes you feel like an old friend. We didn't want to leave and plan to be back soon!

This is solid 5/5 star hotel. Excellent room, excellent service and in a nice localion in the middle of the old town. Also very easy to get from the airport by public transportation. We had a very nice three nights stay in this hotel. Highly recommended!

It was in old town, which is a beautiful area. It was really easy to catch a bus to the beach, a quick 3 minute walk. The hotel itself is very nice for a boutique hotel. Breakfast was great. Overall, very happy we chose to stay at this location
