it was such a nice short stay

Lovely hotel very modern and clean. Central to all shops etc but the bedrooms are tiny and with two friends sharing the wardrobe was ridiculous no hanging space for dresses and miminal. We ended up hanging on hooks. The beds are like boards so If you like that great. Offered nothing else. The bathroom situation was awful a door to separate toilet and shower which was extremely annoying as the toilet was so small no privacy and when you shower it leaked puddles so we used towels to soak it up. The staff are lovely breakfast was great we didn’t do dinner so no ideas how that was. There is no entertainment at night the bar area is nothing. The pool is gorgeous so clean and there is a bar in day we didn’t use tho. It is central to all amenities and plenty of restaurants and beach up road. Staff were so friendly so I would give a good rating but given the room and beds it was average

Beautiful modern hotel and very polite staff. The pool and bar area are great, however can get very busy and end up waiting a while for drinks. The lunch menu is delicious and really reasonably priced. Breakfast was good, the standard continental with also cooked breakfast available. The pastries were delicious and a wide variety of juices and milks. Beds were comfy, rooms clean but small. Cleaned daily by housekeeping. Balcony was a nice addition also. The area is self isn’t bad, as a young group of girls we wasn’t able to find any lively bars in the local area. Also food places shut quite early so come 11 o’clock almost everywhere is closed. We got a taxi one night to Numa beach club (nice vibes but house music) which was nice, only around a 7 min journey. You also can’t use Uber in Alcudia, you have to download the “Mallorca taxi” app to order taxis.

Travelled from Manchester for a 5 day solo break / gorgeous hotel 3 min walk from the gorgeous white Sandy Beach - everyone accessible from this hotel restaurants bars & shops. Old town 50 min walk or get local bus - there is an animal sanctuary 10 min walk away looks like a ranch really lovely. Hired Nike from hotel & went all over & to Waterpark nearby. The hotel rooms are brill comfy beds great shower / Netflix & Utube / l stayed I’m room 403 fabulous view of pool & river - l cannot fault the hotel - only thing l would say if there is not much in the way of a bat at night if bar near pool was open with some soft music would be idea - l would definitely return to this hotel l loved it 😎

This hotel was beautiful clean classy and calm. Main concern was the bathroom you could see, hear each other in the toilet whilst laid in bed no privacy which is not good when you have digestive issues when you are washing your hands you are directly at the side of the bed not good

A great comfortable stay and a massive shout out to Manuel who was very accommodating and did everything he could to make us feel welcome. All in all was a relaxing stay and would highly recommend this to anyone who is after an affordable stay away.

I booked this trip last minute and based my booking on already the great reviews. Being a solo traveller it was really important that I found somewhere I felt safe and comfortable and could accommodate everything I needed. The hotel is absolutely stunning. Amazing location and views. Lots of accessible shops and bars and restaurants within minutes of the hotel. The rooms were spotless and the staff could not do enough for you. The pool bar service was slow waiting 40 mins for a cocktail but overall everything was amazing. Just a short 2 night stay for me and even after the first night I was already looking to extend my time here. I was room only so did not eat here but the food did look lovely. Highly recommended.

After reading the reviews on other solo travelers having a good experience at this hotel I decided to book and I’m so glad that I did. It’s a new hotel so everything has a clean modern fresh feel to it and it offers everything you could ask for. The hotel interior and pool areas are stunning and it felt more like a 5 star. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was even a pillow menu with 4 different pillow types you could request from reception and a smart tv with free Netflix and YouTube. The open plan bathroom and toilet didn’t bother me as a solo traveler but perhaps if it was with a friend or new relationship I maybe wouldn’t feel super comfortable with it. When the toilet door was closed which acts as both shower and toilet door depending on position it felt like a posh porter cabin but again not an issue for me personally. The balcony was lovely and if you’re able to request Block B, I was in room (531) you get a lovely side view of the lake. I didn’t eat food here so can’t comment but the cocktails for €7 each were reasonable. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. The staff were lovely and I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. I would definitely return !

I want to thank Mary and the other lady receptionist for everything. My stay has been lovely with THB Bamboo and the staff will always try to help you. The hotel is very clean and modern. The room I stayed in 545 is nice with a side view of the pool area. This is one of the quieter rooms on the complex which I appreciated massively. The views of the lake are stunning and the pool area is very relaxing. I didn’t eat at the hotel but the food looks great in the restaurant and by the pool. The cocktails are lovely and served with a smile. Thank you Bamboo for making my solo holiday a special one. Also thank you to the manager for being so kind and letting me stay with the room until my transfer arrived in the evening. You are very nice people. I needed to relax and I have done just that. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Great for solo travelers.
