ホスタル ベンチュラ プレミアム(Hostal Ventura Premium)

Just returned after a 4 night stay , for the money it was good value but don’t expect luxury ! Best thing about here is the location , near everything including c6 bus for airport . Room was ok cleaned , bathroom could have had a bit better clean , floor wasn’t my standard of cleaning and the rim around shower cubicle was not great , we were in room 501 . We felt very safe there as everything is key coded , tea n coffee available but you will need to buy milk , small shop just over the road . If you want your room cleaned put your sign on door , but our bed wasn’t really made but hey ho , we had a fun stay but time for something new , stayed in Alicante around 5 times and it’s great but we have walked every inch of the city , fab tapas and wine everywhere

Lovely room. Very clean.rhe bed was very comfortable. Room was well equipped with small fridge, 2 bottles of water. Bathroom provided toiletries and a small hair dryer. Fantastic host who arrived quickly after I was struggling to access our room. The door handles are very modern key code ones. Location very good. 1 block back from the marina and just minutes walk from the beach and old town. Only issue very thin sheer white curtain at the patio door so the day light woke us early.

Fantastic location. Marina, castle, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and even the airport bus stop are all a couple of minutes walk away. Our room (608) was very clean, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed including a fridge, safe, TV and effective/controllable heating. Modern decor and comfortable beds. There are complimentary tea and coffee (Nespresso) facilities in the corridor which is an added bonus. Daily room cleaning on request. We only requested this a couple of times but it was excellent. Attention to detail is amazing. I will give you an example. Early in our stay, we left an empty wine bottle by the bin. When we returned, we had been left 2 wine glasses. Talk about anticipating guest needs - they really do care and go the extra mile to please. So why only 4 stars for such a fantastic place? Well, on the first night and following morning of our stay, there was no hot water. We reported this and it was resolved very quickly with an apology. However, we had the same problem on our last night and following morning. This is obviously an issue that the owners need to address. Also - despite arriving during the check in bands, there was no one there to let us in. It was not a problem for us as we received WhatsApp messages giving us the door codes. This communication was very good but if you arrive without a functioning smart phone you may have an issue. Despite the couple of negatives above- would we stay again? - without hesitation

Great location, friendly staff at check in. Great with the complementary coffee/tea in the hallway! Downside, not at all soundproofed so if you have neighbours trying to get in their room at 4 am, not remembering their code, they'll wake up the whole floor.. Also unfortunately even if seemed clean at first glance, when I got in the shower the next morning, it jad loads of hair from previous guest(s).

Essentially a very nice room in an excellent position in the centre of Alicante. 1 street back from the front, port and sea. Everything is done with access codes. I only saw someone from the hotel once. Access codes were sent to me (in Spanish but easy to understand). My only criticism is the room had a small space outside but this had no view just an area open to the sky. On the plus side modern room air conditioning, large TV ( no English channels but Netflix ). Directly outside the room was a coffee pod machine (with lots of pods) and a kettle. Easy to get the bus from the airport to the port and then just walk to the hotel (3 minutes). In all a good place to stay for a short break.

Very nice location - close to the promenade and the Old city. Easy self service access.

What a great location, just one street away from the esplanade but super quiet! Easy to get the bus from the airport too and plenty of restaurants and things to do. 5minute walk to the beach. Our only thing was we didn't understand how to use the aircon! was either too hot or too cold but that's because we don't have aircon in the UK

Great small apartment. About 15 min nice walk away from the center and very close to train station. Very quiet at night and very safe complex. Stayed 2 nights. The property manager was fantastic and easy to chat with and the check-in was simple. A

excellent location, close to marina,beach , very clean ,comfortable and well equipped rooms. the keyless entry works well with ease. would recommend and will visit again. excellent communication from hosts
