ホテル デニヤ アリカンテ

Very disappointed with this hotel given the price (£260 for two nights) and the 8.3 rating. The biggest issue: the gym was closed for renovation, despite being advertised. I'd specifically filtered for hotels with a gym, so this was a deciding factor in booking, and there was no notice beforehand and nothing offered by way of compensation. I found the staff unwelcoming, at times rude, which didn't match the other reviews I'd read. Breakfast was mediocre: margarine instead of butter or olive oil, only heavily processed sugary yoghurts, and stale croissants. Note that on a Saturday it doesn't start until 8am, which was no use to me with an early start. If you want a coffee before breakfast the machine at the reception is an extra 2€, where it could be a courtesy…. The hotel sits right on the N-332, so road noise was constant. I slept reasonably well but wouldn't open the windows. Location is well outside central Alicante and a fair walk to the nearest beach, Albufereta, though that beach is excellent and much quieter than the main Alicante beaches. I'd recommend the Hotel Albahia over this one: more economical and better in every respect. It wasn't available for my dates, otherwise I'd have stayed there.

Lovely place to stay . The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

It was a very nice stay , me and my kids were so comfortable and out receptionist fernando was amazing we will definitely come back

Good priced , clean place , nicely located. Very accommodating. Only issue we encountered is the canteen staff did not speak English and with our full board chosen as an extra it was buffet at times and ordering from the menu and times, so with the language barrier it just made things abit difficult. If it had a buffet for all breakfast, lunch and dinner. This place would be perfect for a get away and stay. Even though the staff were polite and friendly.

The staff is rude. In our room, water was constantly coming up from the floor drain. It was very bad for the price.

Muy buen hotel, limpio, personal muy amable, muy cómodo y cerca de transporte público con buenas conexiones. Todo estupendo. Muy recomendable.

Le personnel est très gentil et à l'écoute. Les salles de bain pourraient être encore mieux nettoyées je pense, mais nous recommandons tout de même. Le petit déjeuner et bon et il y a du choix.
