ステイ アット アリス スプリングス ホテル(Stay at Alice Springs Hotel)

Pretty decent overall. The first room was on the ground floor and with a horribly depressing view of the multistory carpark just a couple of metres away, so I requested to move and was assigned a much better room on the first floor, which I appreciate. The staff were good. Check out the cafe Page 27 for breakfast/coffee/lunch around the corner, it’s fantastic.

Great stay. Great location. Great to have Bella restaurant (best pizza). Very friendly help. Perhaps old facilities in regards to wifi and TV. But a great simple place to stay.

Staff were to strict saying people had to wear shoes at all times not a friendly place to be in, my kids were not comfortable being around some staff members in that hotel, I’m an aboriginal and we expect to be treated fairly

Tired hotel. No receptionist on arrival and had to wait approximately 15 minutes with no apology when they finally arrived. Lift wasn’t working so had to carry cases up stairs No running cold water. Shower dangerously hot when only using cold water Room wasn’t cleaned and no help could be given to rectify this When booking this room it should be stipulated that some guests are paid for by the government. It was not a nice environment to be in and noisy at night with persons shouting

I had very bad noise issues for both nights.. and whilst management cannot control some issues, they can others. had a resolution in the end with the manager and i appreciated that.. however reception was not manned 24 hours as advertised, if night person goes away from desk the reception number should be patched through to his mobile. It was not.. hopefully this is resolved in the future by management. Good luck

Drunk aboriginals abusive language all night damaging their room and knocking on all doors to get into theirs.

This hotel feels more like a motel. You access the rooms via external corridors and the windows open onto the corridors. The location is great--right on the Todd Mall. The room itself was comfortable, with plenty of space to place my stuff. I was not pleased with breakfast. It included a limited selection of hot items and juice, tea of coffee. There was no fruit, cereal, or breads. I had a better breakfast by going two blocks to Woolies!

Bed was comfy & staff were friendly. The place itself needs some tlc and updating. The shower head in our room kept falling off. Our room also had a slight smell. Overpriced for what it was.
