Red Pine Inn & Conference Centre

私はこの旅館に 16 家族のチーム全員でホッケー トーナメントに滞在しました。私たちは設備の整っていない 2 階建ての建物に配置されました。ジムとプールがどこにあるのかわかりませんが、チェックイン時の受付係は、部屋以外にアクセスできる場所について教えてくれませんでした。私たちはチームと一緒に滞在しましたが、この旅館についてお勧めできるものは何もありません。

This hotel would *not* take my booking unless I was willing to pay for 2 nights even though I only needed 1 night! They were not at all willing to discuss, or bend, and they had plenty of vacancy! I have since come to understand that they will leave rooms vacant, if they can't Squeeze a customer to pay more than necessary! Why? just in case they miss a booking for two nights from someone else??? This is a Greedy policy that amounts to abusive. They are putting themselves in front of the customer -- Not exactly a "service" Attitude!!!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at your Inn and found it most suitable for our stay. We had a little one and he had enough room inside and out to explore. We will definitely come back. Joan Caines and family

Rooms need a complete overhaul. They are very smelly and outdated. We booked a single queen bed room and could NOT a stay in it. Got moved to a room with two queens which was slightly better. Cleanliness is about 3/5. Service at reception was exceptional, they were helpful and friendly. I would not stay there again.
