It is important for us to learn from your experience so we can improve the quality of our services for guests. On behalf of the team at the Parador as well as on my own behalf, I would like to apologise for the disruption that you experienced during your stay and we deeply regret the inconvenience that this caused you. As it is an early bird reservation that was made on May 17, it does not allow cancellation or modification. On July 4, you contacted us to cancel and our response was to receive a doctor's note to be able to keep the deposit for six months. In the end we did not hear from you again, causing us a great loss by not being able to sell the room again and losing the restaurant service that a reservation for guests can entail. Again, we appreciate you taking the time to inform us of the events that occurred during your stay. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any other information.
