2ベッドルームスイートのバスルームの1つでは、シャワーヘッドがバスタブの上にあり、高さ調節ができず、水流も非常に弱かったため、シャワーを浴びることができませんでした。部屋の清掃時にトイレットペーパーが空になっていることに気付いたにもかかわらず、補充されませんでした。3日間の滞在中、提供された水は1本だけでした。唯一の利点は、市内中心部から比較的近い、まずまずの立地でした。

雰囲気と内装は素晴らしく、スタッフは丁寧で親切です。立地も抜群で、市内中心部に位置し、アルバート通りから徒歩わずか5分です。しかし、大きな欠点があります。それは、室温の調節ができないことです。600ドル以上を支払って3泊しましたが、午後には室温が32度まで上昇しました。湿度が高く、エアコンも効きませんでした。窓を開けていても、部屋は耐えられないほど暑かったです。ホテルのスタッフは卓上扇風機を用意してくれましたが、料金を考えると不十分に思えました。この点に関しては、滞在のこの点に非常にがっかりしました。

毎日部屋を掃除してくれるわけではありません。IBISと同じ建物内にあります。ほとんどのカフェや観光地に近いです。全体的に良いホテルで、部屋はすべて新しく、自動化されています。 私たちが直面した問題は、排水口が詰まって洗面所に水が溜まってしまうことでした。

Novotel Living was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Kazakhstan. We booked a two-bedroom apartment, and it was incredibly spacious, with two bathrooms, very comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area that made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The Wi-Fi was also fast and reliable. The staff were genuinely helpful and kindly allowed us a one-hour late check-out. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage in the storage room while we waited for our airport transfer. The common area was also spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating, making it a great place to relax. Breakfast is served in a stunning dining area—probably the most beautiful breakfast venue I’ve ever experienced. While the breakfast itself didn’t offer many international options and wasn’t quite to our taste, the beautiful atmosphere and decor more than made up for it. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Almaty.

Nice hotel. Near to shopping street & mall. Many halal restaurants nearby too. We didnt take the breakfast coz we wake up late. The room is compact with full amnities & also panty with full equipment so that you can cook but we not. We just enjoy thw local food. So delicious. I can name two 'Navat' & 'Qaganat'.

The apartment power supply have issue. The kitchen area no power supply. The air con is not working well. The house keeping is bad. The coffee cup i drank, they just leave it unattended for few days. Toilet papers finished no replaced. Also body wash finished also no replenished.

The location of the hotel is not as central to tourist locations and require a short cab ride. Breakfast was varied and the front desk was helpful.

The location of the hotel is perfect, surrounded by good restaurants and along the popular shopping street. It is walking distance to many popular attractions. Room comfort wise is alright. I like that there is a water dispenser along the corridor so I can fill up as much water as I need during my stay. Breakfast spread is good and taste is very agreeable.
