ヴィラ ルイーズ(Villa Louise)

Had a fabulous stay over two nights. Will happily stay there again whenever in the area.

This is a gorgeous hotel in a stunning and beautiful setting. Still accessible to all of the sites and restaurants of Beaune, but in its own peaceful and private world right on a vineyard- this is the experience you dream of in Burgundy. Sitting outside reading, petting the cat that wanders the grounds, drinking coffee in the morning is total perfection. You can walk around the corner to a small winery and do a tasting and buy a bottle. Breakfast is served in the gorgeous lounge and is unlike anything you will have elsewhere. Bathrooms are remodeled and lovely. The staff are wonderful. The one con: there was no AC in our room, but leaving the windows open let in tons of stink bugs. We have these on the East Coast of the US too, and they are a horrible pain. We decided we had to close the windows because we just couldn't take the bugs, and then it was really hot, especially when getting ready for the day. I saw in another review that some rooms have AC. If I were to stay at this lovely place again I'd be sure the room had AC.

Very friendly, we had a beautiful room. Facilities are good (although we didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool or steam room). we were given an excellent recommendation for dinner (the hotel themselves don’t do meals only breakfasts), which was 5 miles away, so I had to drive which is a pity, but the recommendation was well worth it as the food was outstanding

My husband and I stayed here on a trip to France last year. We absolutely loved it. The grounds, the rooms and the breakfast were all absolutely wonderful. They had bikes on site that we rented and rode through the lovely countryside. We visited a few wineries and overall had an absolutely wonderful stay.

Elegant and cozy boutique hotel between the vineyards. Relaxed atmosphere and peace. Nice breakfast served at the table with a good selection of products made by the hosts. Everybody was helpful and very kind. Our room was very nice and well equipped, it did not have air conditioning and during August was quite hot, even opening the window. We will happily come back choosing another room.

What an amazing , homely place that still felt like a boutique stay! This was our first stay in Burgundy and I know we will definitely come back. Leopold, Genevieve and the team were 'tres gentiles' and they went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of. Leopold held a really great wine tasting for us in the hotel cellar and we learnt so much about wine! His passion for wine is also quite obvious! The breakfast was honestly unbeatable...so much care, thought and love into it all! The grounds are lovely, and you can walk to the nearby villages by walking through vineyards...honestly once in a lifetime experience! There even accomodated our buying a baguette and having it with the complementary wine in the room! Thank you so much to the team!

We spent two nights here, and had a wonderful stay. The staff are very accommodating, and the room was very comfortable. The garden is a lovely spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon. The location is great, right outside Beaune in a quiet village. Excellent dinner recommendations and assistance making them, along with winery reservations. And breakfast was delicious! We will return.

Just came home from a one night stay at this brilliant hotel. My family and I was really happy with the standard and service. Amazing character. Spa area is a bit old,but that didn't bother me at all. If they made the conference room into a bar and a chill out space I would have given this place 10 stars. The local restaurant in the nearby village is really good too. We walked down and back with our 12 year old and it was no problem.

We stopped by Villa Louise for a short one-night visit on our road trip through Burgundy. The B&B is lovely situated in a village 10 minutes outside of Beaune. The staff were very kind and helped to book us a dinner very last minute, which was not easy in busy Beaune! The room was spacious, the property quiet, and we enjoyed a nice drink in the bar at the end of the evening. I only wish we had been able to stay longer, but we will definitely return!
