One of the best ever Family Hotel we have ever been! All the Details, the Location, the food, the kids program! With Snow or not, is a fantastic place, the Swimmingpool is Perfect Temperatur and the fact it has a Space for the Family, including the saunas! And a place for Patents to relax! We will come back!

Excellent hotel, excellent facilities and excellent staff! The hotel is perfect for families. We went for a ski holiday with 6 children and everything was so easy. The staff were very helpful. The food was exceptional. The children enjoyed every second.

Great family hotel. So much for the kids to do and everything set up for families. But also look after the adults! Couldn’t be easier place to introduce kids to skiing. Everything in its door step. Teaches and kids club all super supportive and helpful. Great family holiday

I don’t write reviews but you need to give credit where credit is due! Frank Sabina and Michaela have built an amazing business and run the best hotel I believe there is in the alps. Alobach is definitely the most beautiful village in the Alps. the mountains are the prettiest with the best ski runs for families. The restaurants are stunning and people are welcoming. The Galtenberg genuinely care about their visitors with an emphasis on kids and their experience. I love this place and so do all I bring here. From the food to the staff and the luxury, if you want everything you have ever imagined for a winter wonderland this is the place

We have just got back from a very enjoyable stay at Galtenberg. We went for 5 days. The hotel is great for families as there is a lot to do. The customer service on reception was great. Clear information, nothing was too much trouble and some nice little touches for the kids. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The food was great for us. Lots of choice and variety and the robot that helps bring plates back and forth was loved by our kids. All staff were really welcoming to us in the restaurant and around the hotel too. We also hired ski equipment from SkiCheck which was very easy and the kids had a great instructor. Our kids enjoyed two sessions in the kids club...that was all they wanted to do as it probably had more babies / toddlers in it and was a bit young for them. But it does have a great soft play area and climbing wall. They also loved the pool area especially the two water slides and indoor/outdoor pool which although it was quite small, was enjoyable. Maybe someone managing the bigger flume would be good as lots of kids weren't obeying the traffic light system which felt a little dangerous. Yes the hotel is a bit of a maze as the different facilities are over different floors across different buildings. But you get used to it and it wouldn't stop us going again. The hotel was quite hot especially the restaurant so I'd recommend they turn the heating down a little. But overall a fantastic stay for us and we'd highly recommend it!

A wonderful hotel with great facilities for the whole family, so for our kids (they are 7 and 10 years old) but for us too. The hotel also has a great location, both for skiing and for beautiful winter walks. The staff is super friendly, which certainly contributes to the overall experience. This was our 3rd year and again, we have immediately booked for next year, like many other guests do! Looking forward to our next stay!

Brilliant Family hotel. Definition of ski in ski out, ski rental directly next to the hotel aswell. Ski school works with the hotel so also meet just outside the door. Brilliant facilities, pools saunas and a waterslide!! Food pleasant and rooms were perfect. Modern and clean. Loved my stay there

It was an amazing experience. Yet again! Our 2nd time going and it definitely won't be our last. The kids loved it and knew their way around. It's so easy with the ski school only across the road and a kids club available until 9pm... its great! I can't fault it at all. Pool amazing also.

I stayed at the hotel together with 200 of my collegues on a conference that lasted four days. The hotel itsel is nice even though it is impossible to learn how to find your way to the room since there are several buildings built together. The service at the bar was really unorganised and there where seven people standing in the bar but only two that actually served bear and drinks, and only one person that you could pay to. The other ones could only receive the free drinking voucher that we received, but when you have used the voucher you had to pay, to that one person that had the cashier machine. The worst part was that the hotel lost my quite expensive blouses. I had a single room and forgot two of my blouses in the wardrobe, that was of course my own fault but when I called and asked if they had found them, it was impossible for them to find them in the room. How is that possible? I stayed on my own in the room and we left on a monday so I guess no one actually stayed in the room after me. The blowses where hanged neatly in the wardrobe, they were not hard to find. This was my second time in alpbach, actually my second conference and if I need to go there again I will just stay at home and not join.
