ホテル ヴァルトブリック(Hotel Waldblick)

We have stayed here many times over the years when we have been touring on our motorcycles, this time we were in our car and it has been a number of years since our last stay. We’re extremely happy to say that it didn’t disappoint. It is very easy to find in the heart of the small village of Schenkenzell and there is ample free parking. The hotel staff are still very friendly and speak good English. The rooms are large, clean, very comfortable and well appointed. The food in the restaurant is still excellent and very well priced - and they have the addition of a new robot waitress called Bella. There are also renovations currently ongoing that will make it even more appealing to motorcyclists.

An undeniably lovely area that is well connected for local attractions and motorway. Very clean. Food OK. My personal issue was a family member who openly laughed at a concern I had with a dish. Thereafter, he took delight in playing games about where I could sit. Outside I was moved twice yet the terrace was empty. Inside at dinner, 2 tables were reserved and I was pushed into the second salon to eat. Nobody turned up for the reserved tables in the main salon with other diners. It was petty minded game playing that meant I chose to eat elsewhere for the remainder of my trip. Such a shame because the other staff were very cordial.

Stayed one night and found it peaceful and the owners friendly. Would recommend it!

we have been staying at a farm bauernhof for over 30 years in Bad Rippoldsau, and as the owner died last year, we had to find a nother lovely accomodation, well , we found hotel Waldblick, family run business, calm, relaxing, excellent breakfast, evening meals, central positioned , 23km from Freudenstadt, 14 from Wolfach , schramberg , not too far from gutach etc etc , so we are happy to come back in may , to see a bit warmer season, if one want to visit schwarzwald, come here , you wont b disappointed!

We stayed here recently as part of our tour around the black forest. We are an English speaking couple with very limited amount of German. This friendly family run hotel made us feel very welcome, most staff spoke English, we tried to speak German where we could. We chose a room with a balcony which has beautiful views. The room was simple but comfortable, bathroom was really good, with a dual head shower. We ate at the restaurant twice, food is very tasty, traditional and good value for money. We really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was excellent , and loved that eggs were made to order. This hotel is a must if your traveling by motorbike. Secure parking can be arranged . Only real improvement was we could have used a small fridge in our room to keep water cool.

Absolut zufrieden. Der Empfang, die Zimmer, das super freundliche Personal, Essen (Qualität und Quantität) Saunabereich bis hin zur angebotenen Motorradgarage absolut nichts auszusetzen. Ebenso hat das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis gestimmt. Werden bestimmt das Hotel für einen erneuten Aufenthalt vormerken. Mototravel Luxemburg

Wir waren eine Woche zum Motorradurlaub im Hotel Waldblick. Der Empfang war Herzlich,die Zimmer schön groß und alles sehr Sauber. Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Restaurant ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Speisen waren sehr lecker und die Bedienung immer super freundlich. Dieses Haus ist eine Empfehlung wert.
