Beautiful place and nice staff. All you need. Though I recommend you to rent/have a bicycle or a car to get to places. Bagheria is closer then Palermo if you want to explore. You can take the train from Altavilla Milicia to places. If you want a place on the beach, this is it.

Excellent hotel, excellent service. The beach is beautiful, the sea is clean. The cleanliness of the room is excellent, daily cleaning, compliments to the friendly housekeeping, reception, waiters Carmelo and Momo who were always at your service. Restaurant on the roof of the hotel serves fish, meat, pizzas, excellent and varied food. Transfer service available. The only complaint is the very bad internet, I hope they fix it by the next time, because we plan to come back again. :)

Stayed a week here! Nice and clean. Good rooms. Good service as far as restaurant staff. Very personal. From the counter I didn't feel it was anything in particular when it comes to service. We had a sense since it was lowseason they weren't eager as far as the total experience. Just asking as we check out "did you have a nice stay" - very uninterested. But as I said I think they make more effort probably when it's high season and they have more staff. A friendly advice to them would be. Ad more alcoholic option in the fridge in the room. One mini-bottle and one can of beer is a bit cheap since we are in two. Yes we could call for service but when we sat in the pool I had to go out of the hotel and next door bsr to order and then go back. We would spend triple as much if we could order from our sunbeds by the pool, if the fridge was more stacked with options for 2 people. Also I suggest renting a car if you live here.. Restaurant there was good "blanco", good staff, good food.. weekends can be busy with different event. Last time we ate the food wasn't really as good and we could tell they where super stressed.

Beautiful and serene surroundings. Modern facility with beautiful optiins for sinner and drinks. Fantastic all around.

Very clean, stylish hotel with excellent breakfast. On the beach with good facilities. Balcony is beautiful and sleeping is comfortable. Not much to complaint about except a few things: no kettle in the room, we were missing a hot tea/coffee. No designated parking at the hotel, we had to find a place on the road it was too tiny on first come first served base. Not ideal for the rented car as the road is too narrow. The personal is not speaking English. We had to explain basically using signs. A few things were still not understood which was annoying. Staff gets annoyed when you try to ask something in English but they do not understand. Same in restaurant. Some hotel facilities were fully closed and not operational. Too far away from the city.

Was in Palermo with my son for 8 days and chose this hotel, The hotel is quite nice with very nice staff. Breakfast could be better and air conditioning was missing, for example, at the reception. Nothing to complain about otherwise. The staff gets high marks from me. They did everything in their power to help us. The hotel is located in an area where you must have a car if you want to see other than the hotel. It takes about 50 minutes to get there from the airport and 20 minutes to town. The beach is not really a sand beach , but that was perfectly fine for us. The best thing about this hotel is that you are on your own. In the evenings you can hear a little noise from the upper terrace where they plays music but it didn't disturbed us. The rooms were well insulated with air conditioning etc.

The location is very nice and the hotel has a private beach and a pool. The room we were in was infested by flies and the staff did nothing to address the issue. I was offer a voucher which I did not accept because I would not go back to the same hotel. There are other options around. The place is isolated with limited lunch options. The staff does not seem to care too much about guests.

If you don’t want to read all of it, long story short, a disgusting room, 700 € lost, no real reason why some of the money cannot be paid back. A manager who does not speak English and is only the manger when he feels like it. Room was at the same level as the beach. You enter through the terrace door, no other windows in the room. Toilet seat didn’t seem to be cleaned, spiders lived in the curtains, mold in the shower, bedspread with stains, round bed but no round sheet, weird smell in the room which did not come from the drains (pictures attached). We complained and wanted to check out. They did offer another room, but we did not want to stay any longer. We had booked for four nights, so we wanted some of our money back. Receptionist could not decide anything, so we had to come back the next day, although no one could tell us when the manager – who does not speak English - would be in. We came back the next day, manager arrived and totally ignored us. I asked once again for only half of our money back at the reception. Was not possible. First reason was that they would lose the commission. I called *********** and sorted it out. Another reason was, that they could not resell the room, because who wants to stay there for only three nights and booking would be at a too short notice. Besides that, they at least had four requests asking for rooms while we were waiting!!! Another reason was that the hotel is full, no more rooms available. Still don’t understand how that is a valid reason, but while the hotel was “full”, one was still able to book seven (!) other rooms online. Also, how would they have offered us a different room if the hotel is fully booked? Then it was ***********’s fault because they were blocking the booking on their end. Once again called them and sorted it out. The hotel only needed to confirm a mail, which they were not able to do. For whatever reason, because there was no valid one presented anymore. Manager – who was the manger only when he felt like it. Because first he was able to decide everything, afterwards he was suddenly not “allowed” to decided anything anymore? What kind of manager is that? He eventually dropped by one time, shouted at us (!!!) in Italian and broken English, then left again. In the middle of figuring out how to resolve this issue, a voucher was offered by the hotel for a few nights in autumn or later in the year. But do you really want to come back, after this? Besides I live 20 hours away by car. And if a voucher is available, wouldn’t at least paying half of the money back also be possible? Because it’s kind of the same thing. Also, the staff ignored various calls from *********** on purpose while sitting right next to the phone.
