The room was somewhat dirty. There was poop on the lid of the toilet near where you flush the toilet. The floor was dirty and hadn't been swept her mopped. There was even a few specks of dried mud behind the bathroom door which I had cleaned up with some toilet paper. I did report that to the front desk and they asked me if I wanted to move, but I had already went out and bought some disinfectant wipes and some Lysol to clean and disinfect around the room a little bit. It was obvious it looked like the bed had been changed or I definitely wouldn't have stayed in there. I had already put all my stuff in there and all I asked was, since I was going to a baby shower and I was going to be gone for over 4 hours which I was, I had asked if someone could bring me some fresh towels and sweep and mop the floor while I was gone. Upon my return, it didn't get done at all, no fresh towels and the floor was the same. There was even a housekeeper cleaning rooms while I was returning to my room, and I just wanted to lay down and take a nap. I had paid for two nights, and my key wouldn't work so I had to run back to the desk and have them fix the situation and I told them that it didn't get done and they said they would do it right now. The point is, I am a customer and I put in a a request about something that should have already been done while I was gone, and even before I got the room and it didn't get done at all. I'm very disappointed.
