Front desk receptionist was absent, waited some time to speak to someone, and when they arrived they were very unprofessional. Poorly dressed, with a bad attitude. Kept speaking over me, which was very frustrating.
I’ve stayed in La Quinta locations all over the country with my dogs and have never been charged a pet fee. When I asked why this location was charging me, there was no compassion in her answer apart of “that’s just how it is here”.
The hotel is clean and the room was perfectly ready. My only problem was with the first and only face that I saw representing the establishment.
